DIETA Persoana: Sandu Mihai , diagnostic : tromboembolism pulmonar , penumonie interstitiala , hernie de disc neoperata.Varsta: 35 ani ; 179 cm ; 97 kg ; functionar ; activitate fizica de intesitate medie (35kcal/kg corp/zi) IMC 30,31 (OB gr 1) , GI=75,5 kg , NE= 2462 kcal/zi.Se recomanda : o dieta hipocalorica cu un necesar caloric intre 2200- 2300 kcal, in care se vor introduce in meniul zilnic alimente cu continut de fibre(fructe si legume proaspete ,) , se vor reduce grasimile trans (prajeli ) ,se va reduce consumul de carne grasa (porc, vita , etc)preferandu-se carnea slaba de pasare(pui curcan ,etc) din surse bio daca este posibil , se va reduce consumul de produse intens procesate sau rafinate (zahar , faina alba , fast food ,etc ) .Distributie macronutrienti si calorii: G=55%(1265kcal) L 30%(690kcal); P=15%(365kcal) . mic dejun 20% =460kcal; gustare 15%=345kcal; pranz 30%=690kcal; gustare 15%=345kcal; cina 20%=460kcal .
