went to Perla. The Celebration continued on Saturday whenwith many other guests and officials from Romania and abroad,we participated at the dedication of the Chaplains Center fromOradea. In the great Day of Pentecost, accompanied by mydear wife Victorita, we glorified the Lord for the Work and theBaptism in the Holy Sprit, at Good News Church from Ileana,Salaj, Pastor Dan Paul. The Holy Spirit moved in a specialway bringing a true revival in this church, where I preached for1.5 hours. On the afternoon we traveled to Tirgu Mures, whereat the Summer Theater we had an Evangelic Service,

celebrating the Pentecost. About 2,000 believers of fourdenominations, they blessed and glorified the Baptizer with theHolly Spirit and with Fire, our Lord Jesus Christ. Hearts weretouched by the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit. In Romaniawe also celebrate the day after Pentecost, and we visited thechurch at Nimigea de Sus, Bistrita-Nasaud, where we rejoicedin the Lord for many hours, through the preaching of the Wordof God, prayers, revelation through the Holy Spirit, tears andtestimonies of our guests and our local brothers. Now theybuild a new church and they need financial help.The service in the morning was one hour longer, and after theservice we rushed to Rodna Veche (an over 2,500 year old

city). At 3:00 PM they started a baptism in water service. Thechurch was packed. The Holy Spirit touched many heartsthrough songs and through the Word of God. The water of theSomes River was cold and moving pretty fast, as the locationwas only 16 Km from the origin of the river. I entered in thewater and I ministered together with Pastor Vasile Buia. It waslate, but the love of our brothers from Maieru brought us tothe third church service in that day. We arrived there at the endof the service. But the Holy Spirit came upon us, touched andsearched our hearts, spoke to us and blessed us. This church alsois in construction and they need our financial support. USA.ROMANIAN CHAPLAINS and the dedication of theMedical Center On May 21st and 22nd a special celebrationtook place in Oradea, Romania. The Chaplain Commission ofChurch of God together with representatives of World Mission,Nursing Division, Romanian leaders and many others dedicateda project which they worked for seven years. This was thebiggest project of this Commission and the cost of this facilitywas $1.5 Mil. This is more than bricks and mortar. Saturdaymorning, May 22nd this facility was dedicated for the threedepartments of this mission:(1) A program of training for Chaplains, (2) A complete

equipped Medical Center for poor families from Romania,(3) Volunteer Services and Goods distributed to Romaniansaffected by calamities and crisis. My wish is that all of youwill visit and get involved in this mission. The financial supportcame from some major donors, but also from hundreds ofpeople who faithfully gave $5 or $10 every week, showing thatthey care for this project. This new complex receives alreadysupport from organizations like Operation Compassion,Samaritans Services (Germany) Assist International, andothers.During this celebration we offered a class for chaplains toaround 50 people, represented by all types of chaplains from

Romania. Other classes for chaplains were offeredMoldova, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Hungry and other countfrom Eastern Europe. Everywhere people are looking at me as tstrange person and I think they might be right. I am whtall and big. I cannot hide from the crowd. Everywhere dirty and the smell sometimes is horrible. The city is vcrowded; sometimes you walk faster than driving. Evdriver has his own rules and they honk a lot, you can hthem every 3-4 seconds, sometimes with no reason at alis very noisy and just walking through the streets when get home you got headaches.
