• Glande merocrine: exocitoză la polul apical
(pancreas)
• Glande apocrine: îşi elimină produsul
împreună cu o parte a polului apical al
celulei (glanda mamară)
• Glande holocrine: produsul se elimină prin
distrugerea celulei (glandele sebacee)
