Features of the Wilson MT10 Die System

Increased versatility. Individual dies canbe replaced rather than purchasing an entire die plate every time you change the size or shape of one of the tools.Reduced costs. Dies are a low-cost alternative to the Trumpf-style die plate. In addition, all dies can be reground and shimmed independently, rather than regrinding the entire die plate to compensate for wear to one of the shapes. Finally, Wilson Tool dies are made from Ultima®, for long life and more hits between sharpening.Reduced sheet marking. The Wilson-style die assembly has a central brush insert as standard to reduce sheet marking.(Note: the die assembly is also available with additional brush inserts on request).
