The NOC Engineer is directly involved in monitoring clients’ networks and services including action tracking, ticketing, managing change control, ensuring effective follow up contact with clients. - Effective troubleshooting and solving problems related to client&network faults - Fault management of network, according to agreed procedures - Accurate & timely opening, updating and completion of all Trouble Tickets - Ensures that all clients' alarms are being responded promptly, providing timely and regular feedback Requirements: -Availability to work on shifts -Tehnical university diploma (at least terminal year student)
