MOTOARE ASINCRONE TRIFAZATE CU ROTORUL IN SCURTCIRCUIT DESTINATE ACTIONARII INSTALATIILOR DE RIDICAT - TIP ASFM

THREE-PHASE SQUIRREL-CAGE INDUCTION MOTORS INTENDED FOR HOISTING UNITS DRIVE - ASFM TYPE

Motoarele asincrone trifazate cu rotorul in scurtcircuit si frana electromagnetica seria ASFM sunt destinate actionarii instalatiilor de ridicat. Motoarele nu sunt destinate sa functioneze in medii cu pericol de explozie sau in medii chimice agresive. Motoarele seria ASFM se executa in urmatoarele forme constructive IMB 3, IMB 35, IMB 5, IMV 1, IMV 5 conform SR EN 60034-7 codul I. Gradul normal de protectie al motoarelor este IP 54 pentru motor, conform SR EN 60034-5 si IP 20 la intrare ventilator. Clasa de izolatie a motoarelor este F. Serviciul nominal tip al motoarelor ASFM este S4 (120 conectari/ora, DA 40%), factor de inertie FI 2. Frana constituie un subansamblu independent, atasat la motor, intregul ansamblu reprezentand o constructie integrata. Frana este tip electromagnetic, cu frictiune si arcuri de presiune. Bobina franei se alimenteaza in curent continuu sau alternativ. La motoarele ASFM tensiunea de alimentare a frinei este data in tabelulul 4. Sursa de alimentare a frinei poate fi din motor sau o sursa separata. Tensiunea de alimentare a frinei AC este 230V ( respectiv 220V) la conexiunea triunghi a frinei sau 400V (respectiv 380V) la conexiunea stea a frinei ca in fig.2. Tensiunea de alimentare a frinei EBM se aobtine prin redresarea tensiunii de pe o faza a motorului ( 220V sau 230V) ca in schema din fig. 1. Tensiunea de alimentare a frinei FEA se obtine prin redresarea tensiunii de pe prizele dintr-o faza a motorului ca in fig. 3 . Capetele bobinei sunt aduse in cutia de borne a motorului. Parametrii caracteristici ai motoarelor seria ASFM sunt prezentati in tabelele anexate. Dimensiunile de gabarit si montaj sunt prezentate in desenele anexate.

The ASFM range of three-phase squirrel –cage induction motors with electromagnetic brakes are intended for hoisting unit drive. The motors are not designed to operate in explosion-hazardous or chemically aggressive environments. The ASFM motors are manufactured in the following construction types: IMB 3, IMB 35, IMB 5, IMV 1, IMV 5. The normal degree of protection is IP 54 for the motor and IP 20 for the fan input. The motor insulation class is F. The ASFM motor standard rated duty is S4 i.e. 120 switches/hour, DA 40%, inertia factor FI 2. The brake is an independent, motor fastened subassembly, the whole assembly being an integrated construction. The brake is electromagnetic, friction type. ASFM motors could be equipped with d.c. or a.c. brakes. Brake supply source could be the motor voltage or an external voltage source (see table 4). Supply voltage of a.c. brakes (type AC) is 230 (220)V 50Hz in delta connection or 400V (380V) 50Hz in star connection (see table 2). Brakes (220V d.c. or 230V d.c.) type EBM are supplied by the motor phase rectified voltage (see table 1). Brakes (24V d.c.) type FEA are supplied by the rectified voltage taken from motor winding (see table 3). The brake coil ends are connected into the motor terminal box. The ASFM motor specific parameters are given in the enclosed tables. The overall and mounting dimensions are shown in the attached drawings.
