    erc sa fac in casa cat mai multe preparate posibile, si asa mancam chimicale cu lopata, constient sau nu. Amzut ca se gasesc rosii ieftine si frumoase numai bune pentru bulion asa ca am dat bice.

    c bulion de mai multi ani, cu variatiuni pe aceeasi tema, anul asta am pus in el doar rosii si kapia. Nu necesitaea multa munca prepararea si ideea ca stiu exact ce contine si stiu ca rosiile nu erau stricate iar de chimicalei vorba, ma bucura de cate ori il pun in mancare.

    m cumparat20 kg de rosii, soiul de toamna, sunt mai carnoase si nu au asa multa zeama, si 3 kg de ardeipia, gogosarii ar fi fost chiar mai buni dar nu am gasit atunci.

    am spalat si curatat, de preferat sa nu mai ramana seminte in ardei pentru ca fermenteaza in timp.

    siile le-am dat prin masina de tocat carne care avea si adaptorul ala care separa cojile si semintele de pulpa sta si masini dedicate de separat dar eu prefer varianta asta.

    am amestecat si le-am pus la fiert in doua vase pentru ca nu aveam unul suficient de mare. Am adaugatua linguri de sare mare. (era mare lingura, cam trei linguri normale)

    am pus la fiert, la foc mic, si din cand in cand am amestecat, initial rar (depinde si de vasul in care fierbe) maie sfarsit din ce in ce mai des, cred ca a fiert vreo 3-4h

    am pus in borcane, asa fierbinte, deasupra am pus o lingura de ulei, o sa se faca o pelicula protectoare, dupae le-am pus capace si le-am strans bine. Apoi le-am pus la sterilizat, intr-o tava cu peretii mai inalti in care ams apa, la cuptor, unde nu au stat prea mult, poate 10 minute fiind deja fiebinte, pana se vad urcand bule de

    nu neleg de ce se fierbe aa de mult ,dup prerea mea i de ajuns o or jumate.

    Eu il fierb atat pentru ca vreau un bulion foarte consistent ca sa nu imi umplu camara cu nenumarateborcane de bulion din care sa pun unul o data la o mancare. Desigur se poate fierbe si o ora si jumatatesau chiar deloc.

    Niciodata. Nici nu mi-a trecutprin cap, rosiile si ardeii sunt destul de dulci si prin fierbere se indulcesc simai tare.Ma bucur ca iti place

    Anul asta m-am hotrt sa fac si eu. Pana acum am cumprat bio dar tot cele fcute in casa sunt cele maibio, mai ales ca anul asta mi-am pus roii in grdina unei prietene ca sa ma asigur ca nu le mai injecteazanimeni Am si eu tacanelile mele :)) Cate borcane ti-au ieit din cantitatea asta?

    Cu siguranta ca cele facute in casa sunt de departe mult mai bune. O sa te pupi de bucurie cand veivedea rezultatulDin pacate nu imi mai amintesc cate borcane au iesit, in poze vad 9, cred ca au fost mai multe dar nu am

    Niciodata, tine si doi ani, poate mai mult, nu a ramas mai mult de atat. L-a sterilizat?

    Eu nu le mai sterilizez in cuptor borcanele.Dupa ce pun bulionul fierbinte inchid cu capace si le asez inpatura groasa in camara si le las acolo aproximativ 2-3 zile pana se racesc complet.Nu am facut niciodata cugogosar sau ardei kapia,dar anul acesta voi incerca.Nu am inteles un lucru.Atunci cand le pui in cuptor intr-un vas cu apa ,apa trebuie sa fie calda banuiesc caci altfel se sparg borcanele,nu-i asa?

    Da, calduta daca le pui imediat, dar daca le pui mai tarziu poate fi si receKapia sau gogosarii dau o aroma placuta bulionului si implicit mancarurilor, o sa iti placa
