1997...Anchor Grup a fost fondata in 1997. Principalul obiect de activitate al companiei este dezvoltarea si administrarea proiectelor rezidentiale in Romania.1999...Anchor Grup construieste primul sau centru comercial, Bucuresti Mall, care este si primul centru comercial din Romania. Bucuresti Mall ofera mai mult de 100 de magazine pe o suprafata de 53.000 mp, cinema Multiplex, supermarket si variate posibilitati de recreere a vizitatorilor sai.2004...Dupa 6 ani de succes, Anchor Grup decide sa construiasca al doilea centru comercial Plaza Romania, unul dintre cele mai mari centre comerciale din Balcani si Romania. Plaza Romania se intinde pe o suprafata de peste 100.000 mp.2005...Anchor Grup isi extinde activitatile in 2005 prin inceperea constructiei Anchor Plaza, in vecinatatea Plaza Romania.2006...Anchor Grup incepe constructia a doua proiecte rezidentiale in centrul Bucurestiului. Cu o investitie de peste 60 milioane EUR, proiectele vor oferi peste 800 de apartamente la cele mai inalte standarde.2006...Anchor Grup lanseaza InCity Residences, primul sau proiect rezidential. Localizat in centrul Capitalei, in vecinatatea centrului comercial Bucuresti Mall, InCity Residences va oferi rezidentilor sai standarde inalte de calitate. Ansamblul rezidential va fi alcatuit din 502 apartamente cu 13 tipuri diferite de apartamente si va avea zone de activitati sociale precum piscina acoperita, minimarket, spatii de joaca si centru de fitness. InCity Residences va fi finalizat la sfarsitul anului 2008.2007...Anchor Grup si-a extins activitatea in afara Romaniei si a lansat primul centru comercial modern in Chisinau, capitala republicii Moldova. Sub numele de Shopping MallDova, centrul commercial va avea o suprafata de 25.500 metri patrati si peste 100 de magazine. Anchor Grup doreste sa aduca pe piata locala retaileri internationali si sa creeze in centrul Chisinaului o destinatie ideala pentru shopping si relaxare. Shopping MallDova isi va deschide portile oficial in toamna anului 2008.2007...Anchor Grup finalizeaza extensia Bucuresti Mall. Investitia totala a presupus uncapitalde peste 20 de milioane euro. Extensia a marit centrul comercial cu peste 9000 metri patrati suprafata inchiriabila si 900 de locuri de parcare.Anchor Grup anunta lansarea oficiala a Anchor Plaza - una dintre cele mai mari cladiri de birouri de lux din Bucuresti.Construita in imediata vecinatate a centrului comercial Plaza Romania, unul dintre cele mai mari centre comerciale din Romania, ce va oferi servicii variate angajatilor si vizitatorilor, Anchor Plaza este compusa din 3 blocuri (parter si 12 etaje), fiind intinsa pe o suprafata de 33,000 de metri patrati. Valoare investitiei se ridica la 25 milioane deeuro.
