Description
The world of work and business is moving into a new era - one characterized by increasingly rapid
change and volatility. In this world business as usual is likely to lead to failure. This poses a
challenge for coaching. How do we help leaders and organizations in making the most of the
opportunities presented by this emerging world? How do we help them surf the edge of chaos? Thisone day practical workshop will look at the changing context of coaching, and the implications this
has for coaching practice. Participants will learn to identify where standard approaches to coaching
remain useful, and where they are counterproductive. They will learn new approaches to goal
setting, and developing leaders to face the challenges and opportunities that our changing world
presents.
