1. Temperatura medie lunara si anuala a aerului ( C) Temperatura aerului este determinat de un complex de factori,n care rolul principal l are radiaia solar (prin aciunea de transformare a energiei solare n energie caloric la suprafaa terestr), circulaia general a atmosferei (care produce anumite perturbri ale ciclurilor anuale i diurne ale acesteia), la care se adaug i particularitile fizico-geografice ale zonei i nu n ultimul rnd de factorul antropic.

2. Cantitatea medie lunara si anuala de precipitaii atmosferice (mm) n meteorologie, observaiile asupra precipitaiilor atmosferice se efectueaz vizual (felul, durata si intensitatea lor) i instumental, msurnd i inregistrand continuu cantitatea de apa cazut n timpul cderii precipitaiilor. Particularitile i repartiia precipitaiilor, ca i a altor elemente meteorologice, depind direct de caracterul micrilor aerului, respectiv de gradul de dezvoltare al conveciei termice, dinamice sau orografice, precum i de deplsarile advective.

3. Numarul de zile si frecventa (%) acestora cu cer senin, cer noros si cer acoperit la statia meteorologica Giurgiu Nebulozitatea reprezint gradul de acoperire al cerului cu nori. Norul constituie un sistem coloidal format din picaturi de apa sau cristale de gheata de diferite dimensiuni, aflate in suspensie la diferite inaltimi. Nebulozitatea se exprima in optimi din bolta cereasca (1/8...8/8). Astfel, daca pe bolta cereasca exista doar "urme" de nori, gradul sau de acoperire este mai mic de 1/8. In functie de plafonul norilor, adica de inaltimea bazei lor deasupra suprafetei solului, putem vorbi de nori josi, medii si inalti. Partea atmosferei in care se observa de obicei norii a fost impartita in acest sens in trei "etaje" (superior, mijlociu si inferior).1990

4. Frecventa (%) si viteza (m/s) vantului pe puncte cardinale la statia meteorologica GiurgiuDeplasarea aerului pe orizontal este determinate in principal de diferentele de presiune care se formeaza intre doau regiuni . Vntul ia nastere acolo unde se formeaza o difernta de presiune intre doua mase de aer invecinate . Direcia vntului este influenat de fora Coriolis care ia natere prin rotaia pmntului, deviind, de exemplu, vnturile spre vest n emisfera nordic. Un alt factor care schimb direcia i eventual temperatura vntului sunt obstacolele topografice ca: muni, vi sau canioane.
