Punctul 14, măsurile de protecție împotriva organismelor dăunătoare plantelor, raportor Rossi, a fost mutat după punctul 13, taxe destinate EMA pentru activități de farmacovigilență – taxe PRAC, raportoare McAvan.

Statutul serviciilor de interpretare

Toate limbile au fost disponibile, cu excepția limbilor estonă și malteză.

Săptămâna „Ai grijă de inima ta” în Parlamentul European

Președintele a amintit colegilor despre evenimentele care au loc în Parlamentul European dedicate săptămânii „Ai grijă de inima ta”. Săptămâna este organizată de Grupul pentru inimă al deputaților în PE (copreședinte fiind Linda McAvan și Antonyia Parvanova).

Președintele i-a invitat călduros să participe la ceremonia de deschidere, care va avea loc la 4 noiembrie, de la 19.00 la 20.00, în sala Yehudi Menuhin, în prezența:

- comisarului pentru sănătate, dl Tonio Borg;- ministrului lituanian al sănătății, dr. Vytenis Andriukaitis și- dr. Roberto Bertollini, Organizația Mondială a Sănătății, Regiunea Europeană

The papers for the meeting included the above communication (two documents:COM(2013)685 part I and II)

Decision:

The Coordinators

noted that the REFIT Communication affected the remit of the ENVI Committee in the following manner:

o announcement of 4 withdrawals (the proposal for a Soil Framework Directive; proposal on access to justice in the area of environment; two proposals regarding information to the general public on medicinal products subject to medical prescription)

o announcement of 2 repeals (Council Directive 93/5/EEC of 25 February 1993 on assistance to the Commission and cooperation by the Member States in the scientific examination of questions relating to food1; Directive 2009/33/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles2)

noted, with regard to the announced withdrawals, that the European Parliament had concluded its first reading in 2007, 2004 and 2010 respectively, whereas the Council had thus far not been able to adopt its position at first reading
