SKELA e un nume prezentat şi reprezentat de fapte. There were the facts that further inspired the values based on which we have built this business: innovation, expertise, quality and, of course, credibility. SKELA a pornit în 1995 sub numele de ALL ELECTRICS’95, reprezentând la acea vreme un furnizor de servicii de montaj, instalaţii electrice şi finisaje. Imediat după înfiinţare au apărut şi rezultatele: ALL ELECTRICS’95 a executat pentru Shell Romania montajul semnalisticii luminoase, al copertinelor şi al clădirilor în staţiile de distribuţie carburanţi.

Mai departe, în anul 1996 ALL ELECTRICS’95 se remarcă prin montajul primei hale pe structură metalică importată din Olanda.

SKELA kicked off in 1994 bearing the name ALL ELECTRICS’95, at the time being a service provider: installation works, wirings, and finishing. The results came immediately after its incorporation: ALL ELECTRICS’95 contracted with Shell Romania the installation works for business light signs, sun-blinds and buildings fuel distribution stations.

Later, in 1996, the company ALL ELECTRICS’95 steals the limelight by installing the first building using steel structure imported from the Netherlands.

Anul 2001 marchează deschiderea propriei fabrici de structuri metalice. Acel moment a reprezentat punctul de cotitură, clipa luării deciziei: ne concentrăm pe calitatea şi eficienţa proiectării şi fabricaţiei structurilor metalice.

The year 2001 marked out the opening of our own steel structures factory. That moment meant a landmark, the decision-making juncture: let’s focus on the quality and efficiency of designing and manufacturing of steel structures.

Tot în 2010, constienţi fiind ca ne aflăm într-un moment extrem de important şi mânaţi de dorinţa de a sprijini producătorii de energii regenerabile, am dezvoltat, primii în România, un nou produs destinat acestora: sisteme de montaj pentru panourile fotovoltaice.

Also in 2010, aware that we find ourselves in an extremely important point in time and driven by the will of supporting the producers of renewable energy, we were the first company in Romania to develop a new product specifically designed for them: photovoltaic modules mounting systems.

Fabrica de structuri metalice SKELA este amplasată pe platforma industrială Faur din Bucureşti, ajungând prin extindere permanentă să măsoare în prezent peste 7.000 mp.

Investiţiile permanente în dotarea acesteia cu echipamente tehnologice de productivitate mare au avut şi rezultatele scontate: dacă în anul 2001, la inaugurarea facilităţii de producţie aceasta avea o capacitate de 125 tone pe lună, în prezent am ajuns la o capacitate anuală de producţie de cca. 5.000 tone de structură metalică sudată şi cca. 2.000 tone de profile galvanízate.

Utilizăm soft-uri de ultimă generaţie supraveghind foarte atent procesul de producţie. We are using leading-edge software, to carefully control the production process.

Tehnologii: sablare automată cu recirculare, găurire şi debitare profile şi table pe maşini cu control numeric, sudare semiautomată sub atmosferă de gaz protector, vopsire airless, îndoire la rece şi profilare continuă, strunjire, frezare pe maşini cu control CNC.

Sudurile pe care le executăm sunt controlate permanent în laboratorul nostru prin metode nedistructive, ultrasonic sau cu lichide penetrante şi pulberi magnetice. Pentru execuţia acestora suntem certificaţi conform celor mai riguroase standarde de specialitate: ISO3834-2 (European Certificate for Welding, Joining and Cutting), DIN 18800-7 lit. E (SLV Munchen) şi EN 1090 clasa de execuţie EXC3.

Technologies: automatic sandblasting with recirculation, drilling and cutting sections and sheets using numerically controlled machines, semiautomatic inert gas welding, airless painting, cold bending and continuous forming, turning, milling with CNC-controlled machines.

We have also implemented a QEHS Integrated Management System acc. to the European Standards SR EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SR EN ISO 9001.

We are permanently investing in our management team and in the employees’ training. In this regard, we benefit from very well trained human resources thus being able to carry out projects no matter where in our country or abroad, fully taking responsibility for our agreements and always meeting the deadlines.

SKELA factory for steel structures is located on Faur industrial platform in Bucharest, currently covering, after repeated extensions, over 7,000 square meters.

Continuous investments in high productivity equipments delivered the expected results: if, in 2001, when we started, the production facility had a capacity of 125 tons per month, we have today reached an annual production capacity of approximately 5,000 tons of welded steel structures and approximately 2,000 tons of galvanized profiles.

The welds we make are permanently controlled in our lab by non-destructive methods, ultrasonic methods or with penetrating liquids and magnetic powders. For welding activity, we are certified according to the most rigorous standards in the field: ISO3834-2 (European Certificate for Welding, Joining and Cutting), DIN 18800-7 lit. PROIECTARE DE REZISTENȚĂ :

Are ca scop realizarea proiectului arhitectural în conformitate cu cele mai noi standarde de execuţie şi construcţie în condiţii de reducere a consumului unitar de material.

Proiectarea se realizează prin softuri de modelare şi detaliere 3D de ultimă generaţie, reuşind în acest fel o optimizare a consumului de material de până la 30% în raport cu un eventual calcul clasic.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING:

The purpose is to come up with an engineering solution in conformity with the latest standards of execution and construction, while decreasing the unitary consumption of materials.

The engineering activity is done using state-of-the-art modelling and 3D detailing software, thus obtaining up to 30% optimization of material consumption compared to a standard calculation.

În plus, executăm şi lucrări pe baza proiectului dumneavoastră.Desigur, în condiţii de analiză şi expertiză a specialiştilor noştri. Proiectul intră într-o etapă de atentă evaluare, obiectivul fiind acela de a ne asigura că nu vom întâmpina sincope pe durata montajului în şantier.

Astfel, pornind de la atuurile noastre, modelarea 3D şi nivelul ridicat de prefabricare, putem să ne asumăm prevenirea întârzierilor în execuţie pe toată durata procesului.

Drumul de la proiect la fapte se măsoară în expertiză, viteză, dar şi în soluţii de eficientizare. Este momentul montajului. Din acest punct de vedere, excelenţa pe care reuşim să o imprimăm nivelului calitativ al lucrărilor executate se referă în foarte bună măsură la planificarea în detaliu, la monitorizare şi control, dar şi la coordonarea impecabilă a echipelor proprii.

Cu alte cuvinte, suntem oricând pregătiţi să executăm rapid şi eficient, oriunde în ţară sau Europa, lucrări de montaj pentru orice tip de proiect, orice tip de structură şi orice tip de închideri, utilizând cele mai moderne materiale.

LIFE LINE

Un punct esenţial al securităţii în industrie îl reprezintă implementarea sistemului “Life line”, o formulă de protecţie a vieţii celor care lucrează la înălţime, absolut necesară, deoarece este nevoie de mobilitate şi siguranţă în zonele greu accesibile, cu risc crescut de cădere. Sistemul este unul versatil şi extrem de performant, asigurând astfel un nivel maxim de siguranţă în orice tip de aplicaţie.

LIFE LINE

An essential point in industry is the employees’ safety through implementing the “Life line” system, an absolutely necessary formula protecting the life of those who work at height, since there is need of mobility and safety in the hardly accessible areas, posing high risk of falling. The system is versatile and extremely effective, thus providing maximum safety in any type of application.

MENTENANȚĂ

Este o condiţie definitorie în calitatea sistemelor noastre de proiectare, dar mai ales de montaj. Astfel, oricare ar fi tipul de lucrare, echipele noastre sunt ultracalificate pentru a asigura intervenţii prompte şi sigure, asigurând un timp de construcţie redus, raportat la un maximum de calitate.

Lucrările de mentenanţă sunt de la cele mai simple la cele mai complexe, în mare ele referindu-se la verificare strângere şuruburi, verificare şi refacere protecţie anti-corozivă, verificare etanşeizare, respectiv verificare sistem pluvial (jgheaburi şi burlane).

MAINTENANCE

This is a definitive condition for the quality of our design systems, but particularly for the mounting systems. This way, no matter the type of work, our teams are highly qualified to deliver prompt and safe interventions, with low construction time and maximum quality.

Maintenance works range from fairly simple to very complex, largely concerning the checking of screws tightening, checking and touching up the anti-corrosive protection, checking the sealing, respectively checking the pluvial system (gutters and pipes).

E una dintre liniile de business SKELA cele mai dragi nouă, poate pe de-o parte pentru că e cea mai recentă dintre toate, un fel de “Prâslea” al diviziilor (născută în 2010 odată cu producerea şi montarea structurilor de susţinere pentru panourile primului parc fotovoltaic din România de la Singureni, Giurgiu), poate pe de altă parte pentru că pune în lumină unul dintre crezurile noastre de viaţă şi de business: conservarea resurselor.

Ne mândrim din acest punct de vedere cu faptul că suntem singura companie din România care îşi asumă în totalitate ideea de a integra structuri metalice de susţinere pentru panouri solare în proiecte complexe, de dimensiuni mari şi foarte mari, indiferent de zonă, de tipul şi de modul de poziţionare a modulelor.

This is one of SKELA business lines most dear to us, maybe because, on one hand, this is the youngest of all, the “little sister” of all divisions (born in 2010 when we manufactured and installed the support structures for the modules of the first photovoltaic park from Romania at Singureni, Giurgiu), maybe because, on the other hand, it brings forward one of our beliefs in life and business: preservation of resources.

From this point of view, we are proud to be the only company from Romania totally endorsing the concept of integrating steel structures supporting solar modules into big and very big complex projects, regardless the area, type and positioning of modules.

Facem aici referire la diversele profile non-standard din tablă subţire pentru lucrări de închidere a halelor şi a altor construcţii, a camerelor frigorifice, precum şi profile pentru socluri de luminator, casete, glafuri, profile U, colţare cu dimensiuni atipice. Ne asumăm profilarea tablei de oţel la o grosime de maxim 2 mm, respectiv a tablei de aluminiu la o grosime de maxim 2,5 mm, toate acestea când e vorba de lungimi de maxim 6000 mm.

Mai departe, execuţia şi livrarea se realizează în cel mai scurt timp posibil, tinând cont desigur de rigorile solicitării dumneavoastră, de desen, plan, schiţă sau orice altă cerinţă. La înregistrarea cererii, vă acordăm de asemenea şi consilierea tehnică în personalizarea, respectiv optimizarea proiectului. Astfel, e de la sine înteles că rezultatul nu poate fi decât soluţia aşteptată de dumneavoastră, iar livrarea nu va depăşi niciodată 48 de ore.
