1. Prezentare generalaSilverCloud Respiro 300 Pro este un dispozitiv medical conceput pentru administrarea prin inhalare a medicamentelor prescrise de medic. Folosit in mod corect, acest dispozitiv poate reprezenta, pentru o perioada lunga de timp, o solutie eficienta in tratarea bolilor cailor respiratorii (astm, alergii, raceli, sinuzite, probleme respiratorii).

Principiul de functionare are la baza crearea unui flux de aburi care trece printr-un tub transparent, transformand medicamentul in aerosoli usor de inhalat si cu efect terapeutic rapid.

Folositi acest dispozitiv doar sub indrumarea unui medic specialist.

Urmatoarele atentionari sunt necesare in cazul dispozitivelor electrice:Ÿ Pentru a evita un soc electric, feriti dispozitivul de apa. Nu

udati cablurile de alimentare. Nu folositi dispozitivul in timp ce faceti baie

Ÿ Nu folositi dispozitivul daca prezinta urme de deteriorare a unor componente (inclusiv cablul de alimentare). Trimiteti-l imediat la un centru service pentru verificare si reparare

Ÿ Nu folositi dispozitivul intr-o incapere in care se afla gaze inflamabile

Ÿ Deconectati dispozitivul de la priza de curent inainte de a-l curata

Important:Motorul compresorului are o functie de protectie care va opri dispozitivul in conditii de supraincalzire. Daca dispozitivul s-a inchis automat, procedati dupa cum urmeaza:Ÿ Inchideti aparatul apasand pe butonul /Ÿ Scoateti cablul de alimentare din prizaŸ Asteptati timp de 30 de minute ca sa se raceasca motorul.

Asigurati-va ca iesirile pentru abur nu sunt obturateŸ Dupa 30 de minute, puteti reincepe tratamentul. Nota: Recomandam folosirea acestui aparat de aerosoli departe de alte dispozitive electrice care ar putea cauza interferente: TV, cuptor cu microunde, telefoane mobile si orice alt dispozitiv care creaza campuri electromagnetice puternice.

4. Instructiuni de utilizareNota: Curatati cu grija aparatul de aerosoli inainte de prima utilizare.Ÿ Pozitionati dispozitivul pe o suprafata plana si stabila.

Asigurati-va ca, din pozitia sezut, aveti acces facil la butoanele de control ale aparatului

Ÿ Deschideti capacul compartimentului de depozitare si scoateti din interior accesoriile. Curatati cu grija toate accesoriile inainte de utlizare

Ÿ Rotiti spre stanga capacul nebulizatorului pentru a-l deschideŸ Umpleti nebulizatorul cu medicamentul prescris de medicul

dumneavoastra. Nu depasiti nivelul maxim indicat pe nebulizator (6 c.c.)

Ÿ Puneti la loc capacul nebulizatoruluiŸ Introduceti un capat al tubului pentru aburi in nebulizatorŸ Fixati celalalt capat al tubului pentru aburi pe conectorul de pe

compresorŸ Fixati mustiucul sau masca pe nebulizatorŸ Alimentati aparatul la priza de curentŸ Apasati butonul de pe compresor, de pe “ “ pe “ “

5. Curatarea si intretinereaRecomandam curatarea cu apa calda a compresorului, nebulizatorului si a tuturor accesoriilor dupa fiecare utilizare. Daca medicul dumneavoastra va recomanda o alta medota de curatare/sterilizare, respectati indicatiile acestuia.Ÿ Dezasamblati toate accesoriile cu grija: tubul de aburi,

nebulizatorul, masca sau mustiuculŸ Spalati accesoriile cu un detergent delicat. Clatiti-le cu apa

caldaŸ Scufundati accesoriile timp de 30 de minute intr-un amestec

de apa si otetŸ Reclatiti cu apa caldaŸ Pentru curatarea compresorului folositi doar o carpa umeda

Schimbarea filtruluiŸ Nu folositi in loc de filtru bumbac sau alte materialeŸ Nu spalati filtreleŸ Folositi doar filtrele furnizate de producatorŸ Nu folositi aparatul fara filtruŸ Schimbati filtrul o data pe luna (atunci cand se foloseste

7. Probleme si solutiiAparatul nu porneste dupa ce se apasa butonul de pornire- Verificati daca aparatul este conectat in mod corect la o sursa de 220V

Flux lipsa sau flux redus de aerosoli- Adaugati cantitatea indicata de medicament (2 ml - 6 ml)- Instalati in mod corect toate accesoriile- Verificati ca toate gurile de evacuare aburi sa nu fie obturate- Verificati daca tubul de aburi este instalat corect, nedeteriorat sau obturat- Inlocuiti filtrul

Compresorul scoate un zgomot puternic- Verificati capacul filtrului

1. IntroductionSilverCloud Respiro 300 Pro is a compact medical device designed to efficiently apply a physician prescribed medication to the bronchial lung passages. With proper care and use, it will provide you with many years of reliable treatment .

This product is developed for the successful treatment of asthma, allergies and other respiratory disorders. It creates a stream of air that travels through the clear tube to the nebulizer. When air enters the nebulizer, it will convert the prescribed medication into aerosol mist for easy inhalation.

This Ccompressor nebulizer should be used under the supervision of a licensed physician or a respiratory therapist. We encourage you to thoroughly read product’s manual. Other than its intended use should always be avoided.

Caution: Failure to read and observe all precautions could result in personal injury or equipment damage.This unit is not suitable for use in anaesthetic breathing systems.This unit is not suitable in suspension or high viscosity form. In such cases information should be sought from the drug supplier.

The following basic precautions are needed when using an electrical product:Ÿ To avoid electrical shock: Keep the unit away from water. Do

not immerse the power cord to the unit in liquid. Do not use while bathing.

Ÿ Never operate the unit if it has any damaged parts ( including power cord ), if it has been dropped or submersed in water. Promptly send it to a service center for examination and repair.

Ÿ The unit should not be used where flammable gasŸ Disconnect the unit from the electrical outlet before cleaning.Ÿ Do not use other attachments unless recommended by

manufacturerŸ Connect this product to an appropriate voltage outlet for you

modelŸ Do not run this product unattended Ÿ Always unplug the product immediately after use Ÿ Never block the air openings of the main unit.

Important:The compressor motor has a thermal protector which will shut off the unit before the unit is overheated. When the thermal protector shuts the unit off, please:Ÿ Switch off the unit. Use the buttonŸ Unplug the unit from the electrical outletŸ Wait about 30 minutes for the motor to cool down before

another treatment. Make sure the air openings are not obstructed

Ÿ After 30minutes, restart your treatment. Note: When using this product near TV, microwave oven or other strong electric field, it could be disturbed. Avoid these situations.

4. Operation instructionsNote: Prior to initial operation, the nebulizer should be thoroughly cleanedŸ Place your compressor Nebulizer on a flat and stable surface.

Be sure that you can easily reach the controls when you are seated.

Ÿ Open the clear cover and remove the inside accessories. Important: Prior to initial operation, the nebulizer should be thoroughly cleaned

Ÿ Gently twist the top part of the nebulizer counter-clockwise to disassemble the nebulizer.

Ÿ Fill the bottom section of the nebulizer with the medication prescribed by your physician. The medication cup can not be filled beyond the maximum level (6 c.c.)

Ÿ Gently twist the top part clockwise to reassemble the nebulizer. Be sure the two sections fit well.

Ÿ Attach one end of air tube to the base of the nebulizerŸ Attach the other end of air tube to the air tube connector

located on the front of the compressor.Ÿ Attach mouth piece or mask per your choice to the top section

of nebulizer.Ÿ Plug the power cord into an appropriate electrical outlet. Push button

5. Cleaning the deviceIt is recommended that the nebulizer, mouthpiece and mask are thoroughly cleaned with hot water after each use and cleaned with a mild detergent after the last treatment of the day. If your physician or respiratory therapist specifies a different cleaning procedure, follow their instructions..Ÿ Disconnect the air tube, nebulizer, mouthpiece and maskŸ Prepare one part white vinegar with three parts distilled water.

Make sure mixed solution is enough to submerge the nebulizer, mouthpiece and mask.

Ÿ Wash nebulizer, mouthpiece and mask in warm water and a mild detergent. Then wash them in hot tap water.

Ÿ Submerge these parts in the vinegar and water solution for thirty minutes.

Ÿ Complete rinsing

Filter changeŸ Do not use cotton or any other materialsŸ Do not wash or clean the filter.Ÿ Only use filters supplied by your distributor. Ÿ Do not operate without a filter.Ÿ Change the filter every 30 days or when the filter turn gray.

Filter changing procedure:Ÿ Remove the filter coverŸ Replace the used filter with a new oneŸ Replace the filter cover.

Nothing happens when the power switch is pressed- Check that the plug is inserted in an electrical outlet

No nebulisation or low nebulisation,when the power is on- Add the correct amount of medication to the medication tank (2 ml - 6 ml)- Install all the accesories correctly- Make sure that the nozzle is free of blockages- Make sure that the nebuliser kit is not tilted at an angle of more than 45 degrees- Replace the filter

The device is abnormally loud- Attach the air filter cover correctly

The device is very hot.- Do not cover the compressor with any type of cover during use; - Limit use to 20 minutes at a time, and allow a 30 minutes interval before using the device again.
