SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

Use the synergies created by SEAP and ISO 50001 energy efficiency

management system in benefit of local community

Proven to be an active member of EU Community and be aligned with

Romanian CO2 emission reduction targets

Use of best practices of other Municipalities for faster implementation

Use of the knowledge of consultants to reduce the time and the effort

Obtaining the recognition of the effort from an external body (certification

body) and use it during further development and EU funds access

Reducing of costs of administration

Involve the local community and private sector in decision process
