Yixin Precision Metal & Plastic Ltd.,anISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer, was founded in 2005. Production site is located in Shenzhen Bao’an (GuangDong Province, PRC) and with sales office located in Hong Kong.

We are professional in NC & CNC machining service and molding service for OEM and ODM parts. Types include turning, milling, grinding, stamping , bending, welding, die casting, drilling, tapping and plastic injection.

The over 2,000 square meters production area is utilized with high output efficiency to produce well qualified components for different kinds of industries like medical, automotive, communication electrical and electronic.

CNC TurningYMP provides an economical way to make parts that are commonly symmetrical about an axis of revolution. Shapes that can be made using our CNC turning include a variety of plain, taper, contour, fillet and radius profiles plus threaded surfaces.

CNC MillingYMP milling the cutting tool is moved in all three dimensions to achieve the desired part shape, usually rotates about an axis that is perpendicular to the table that holds the material to be cut. Advantages are they can over manufacturing processes, cost effective for short runs. Complex shapes and high dimensional tolerances are possible.

CNC CuttingYMP cutting offers low cost since no custom tooling is needed and is especially cost effective for thick metal sheets. We can usually cut thicker sheets than laser. The process is generally used to cut 2D shapes not requiring high precision or fine detail.

Sheet metal fabricationYMP metal fabrication includes several processes of manufacturing metal components by changing the raw metal material using various tools. Advantages are low price, mass production and high precision.Process:
