You are looking for a " no hassle" reliable garment manufacturer, with full pattern making cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, washing and finishing facilities, to make your garments worthy of your brand, according to your specifications, supplied with all customized accessories, plastic bags, labels, hangtags and barcodes, ready for despatch directly to the stores.

Before committing yourself, you want first, to assess the workmanship of our garments and the quality of our fabrics. We will supply samples from our existing stock, free of charge, on payment of the appropriate courier charges. We are prepared to make your customized prototype samples on payment of the sample costs, which will be deducted from the total payment of your order.

We understand that you might want to start only with a small initial trial order of 300 to 500 garments be it for men, ladies, teenagers, boys, girls, toddlers or babies. If required, based on your briefs, our Art and Design team of fashion designers and graphic artists can Photoshop an artwork or even adapt existing models customized for your market.

Our team of 150 dedicated and experienced professionals will ensure that your orders are made in compliance to your specifications and delivered on or before the agreed dates.

Better Understanding We will be happy to talk to you to have a better understanding of your needs and provide you with any further explanations. If price is an issue, we can come up with some cost reductions proposals.

Your Requirements Send us your tech packs or your models samples, with details of quantities, fabric composition, Pantone ref colors, your size specs, labels, Hangtags, packings and other accessories. If decorations are required, details of prints, foils, embroidery, sequins, studs and diamanté, should be provided.

Competitive Landed Costs We will get you the best quote in Ex-Works, FOB, C&F, CIF or even DDU, ( Delivery, Duty Unpaid. ) in Euro, USD and Pound Sterling, bearing in mind that the freight costs clearing and other charges will impact on the landed cost of the garments. Please note that no duty on our garment is payable in Europe, USA and Africa since we will provide you with the appropriate Duty-Free EUR1, AGOA, COMESA or SADC Certificate.

Approval of samples Based on your size specs, we will make the pattern of your garment and do the fittings of the samples on our dummies before sending them to you for your comments and approval.

Short Lead Times Tamak usually delivers bespoke orders between 4 to 8 weeks after approval of final samples. For Europe, the shipping delivery by sea is about 5 weeks, For South Africa the shipping delivery by sea will take about a week to Durban. The total airfreight delivery time is only a couple of days for Europe or Africa.

Let’s start

Quality Control You are welcome to have your own quality controllers, e.g Intertek or SGS. But our regular customers trust us to do the quality control on their behalf and they have never regretted it. We always do a 100% quality control on all the garments, during and after production to ensure that you receive your garments as you would expect.

Unusual Payment Terms, unless otherwise agreed 30% to 50% down payment and the difference before shipment. Irrevocable letter of credit at sight also accepted.

Minimum Ordered Quantity The minimum fabric dye lot is usually 300 kilos, which is equivalent to 1300 adult. T-shirt of 160 gms2 in 2 or even 3 different models. For the initial trial order, we would be prepared to reduce our MOQ, to develop a long term business relationship with well established organizations.

Printing Department

The printing section is equipped with 3 automatic printing presses of 10,12 and 14 stations with the right number of flash-cure units all from M&R of USA.

The curing is done with 2 gas fired and electronically controlled Adelco and M&R sprint driers.

In the unlikely event, we are unable to resolve all printing issues, we do not hesitate to request help for the technical solutions from SGIA based in USA.

Thanks to the regular in house training our experienced team of printers has now a good mastery of discharged printing, for both water based ink and plastisol. Puff, high density, shimmer, gloss, sparkle and glitter can be added for special effects.

T-Seps 3.0 and the Adobe Photoshop CS6 and CC, to do the colour separation for screen-print high-end photorealistic images.

The CST inkjet for direct to screen engraving from digital files.

M&R metal halide UV exposure unit to make the best screens possible.

M&R’s Sprint gas screen printing conveyor dryer for perfect curing and colour fastness of water based inks.

An Aspe Rapid Tag 2 colour label printer to print and cure tagless T-shirts , which indirectly contributes to increase production by freeing our 3 large screen printing presses.

Embroidery Department

Tamak Textile has a team of skilled embroidery craftsmen using top of the line embroidery equipment to artfully embroider your logo or design on just about any garment.

6 tajima, embroidery machines with a total of 59 heads, including the Tajima TFMXII-C1508 with high speed sequin for embroidery products. 2 laser cutters for preparations of appliqués. Tajima DGML software by Pulse V14 Maestro for Embroidery digitization. Automatic Hotfix Motif computerized Making Machine, for sampling and production of diamanté designs using loose studs and stones. 4 transfer presses are available for fixing flock, foil, studs and rhinestone to the garment

Make Up Department

Our make-up facilities include Lectra computer assisted markering and patterning, and spreading machines. We use Juki, Brother and Pegasus on INA sewing lines for the efficient handling of cut panels and delivery to the sewing operators to increase productivity and quality of the garments.

Based on your tech packs we will do the patterns, the samples and the fittings. After we have obtained your comments and done the appropriate modifications and your final approval obtained, we will then do your photo shoot sample and then your production.

It is advisable that you send us your Pantone reference or the actual color sample to get the lab dip done and approved to save time.

The pressing, packing and cartoning section will finish the garments according to your specifications. Barcodes can be affixed on each garment so that the shipping boxes can be delivered directly to the individual stores, ready for sales.

Mauritius has the sixth-highest GDP per capita in Africa. The per capita income has increased from $400 in 1968, the time of independence, to USD 18,600 in 2014 which is an average of 4% for the past 50 years. Mauritius has 2 official languages namely English and French, which are taught as from primary schools. Mauritius has a literacy rate 88.8%.
