Unitatea de preparare rapida AFK-HD este destinata pentru productia de apa calda menajera pentru comunitati de dimensiuni mici, medii si mari, cu scopul de a satisface cererea ridicata de ACM, reducand in acelasi timp volumul de stocare necesar.Sistemul AFK-HD consta in:• schimbator de caldura cu placi si garnituri din otel inoxidabil AISI 316L model K042 sau K080;• baza autoportanta din otel inoxidabil cu picioare ajustabile;• pompa de recirculare din otel inoxidabil pe partea de apa de la retea;• racorduri flexibile preizolate din otel inoxidabil si robineti de inchidere (optional);• izolatie detasabila pentru schimbatorul de caldura (optional);• termostat pentru circuitul primar (optional);• Tablou electric de control si comanda Anti-Legionella (optional) pentru a realiza ciclurile anti-legionella prin soc termic ( zilnic sau saptamanal).ACCESORII DISPONIBILE LA CEREREUrmatoarele accesorii pot fi disponibile la cerere: fitinguri pentru conectarea schimbatorului de caldura la rezervor, completate cu teava flexibila din otel inoxidabil si robineti de inchidere, izolatie pentru schimbatorul de caldura in placi, termostat dublu pentru circuitul primar si tabloul electric anti-legionella ce permite realizarea ciclurilor anti-legionella prin soc termic (zilnic sau saptamanal), ajustarea temperaturii de stocare si setarea diferitelor valori de baza in functie de tip si de ziua saptamanii, functionarea pompei de recirculare pentru apa menajera si circuit primar, functionarea robinetului de amestec pe circuitul primar, functionarea robinetului de by-pass pentru tratamentul prin soc termic in sistemul de ACM, completat cu reglare termostatica.COMPATIBILITATESeria AFK-HD poate fi combinata cu oricare dintre unitatile de stocare TK, TK-AT, TKX, S-AT, SI-AT, L-AT si LX.

The AFK-HD fast preparation unit is intended for the production of domestic hot water in small, medium and large-sized communities, to meet high demand of domestic hot water, while reducing the storage volume needed.The AFK-HD system consists of:• gasketed plate heat exchanger – AISI 316L stainless steel, model K042 or K080;• stainless steel self-supporting base with adjustment feet;;• stainless steel recirculation pump on tap water side;• stainless steel, pre-insulated flexible fittings and shut-off valves (optional);• removable insulation of heat exchanger (optional);• thermostat for primary circuit (optional);• anti-legionella control electric board (optional) to make anti-legionella cycles through thermal shock (daily or weekly).ON-DEMAND ACCESSORIESThe following accessories can be supplied on demand: fittings to connect the heat exchanger to the tank, complete with stainless steel flexible pipe and shut-off valves, plate heat exchanger insulation, double thermostat for primary circuit and anti-legionella control electric board which lets you make anti-legionella cycles through thermal shocks (daily or weekly), adjust storage temperature and set different set points based on time and day of the week, operate the domestic water recirculation pump and primary circuit, operate the mixing valve on the primary circuit, operate the by-pass valve for thermal shock treatment on DHW system complete with thermostatic adjustment.COMPATIBILITYThe AFK-HD series can be combined with all TK-AT, TKX,S-AT, SI-DAT, L-AT and LX storage units.

Pompa de caldura aer-apa pentru prepararea de ACM fara utilizarea gazului. Proiectata special pentru a maximiza avantajele legate de mediu, absoarbe caldura produsa in mod natural de catre mediul ambiental in care pompa este instalata si o transforma in apa calda pentru comfort optim. The COMBI units serve as inertial water storage for heating plants. A special extractible exchanger submerged in the upper part of the storage unit makes it possible to produce domestic hot water on demand. Schichtspeicher in stehender Ausführung, hergestellt in Stahl 37.2, als zentraler Heizenergiespeicher, Innenseite roh, an der Außenseite mit Korrosionsschutzfarbe beschichtet und zur zentralen, keimfreien Frischwassererwärmung durch einen fest eingeschweißten Edelstahl-Glattrohrspiralwärmetauscher in Edelstahl AISI 316L (WST 1.4404).

Spezielle Einläufe an den Anschlüssen vermindern die Aufmischung des Heizwassers im Speicher.Einbindung der Solaranlage in einen fest eingeschweißten, konischen Rippenrohr Spiralwärmetauscher in Kupfer, gezielte Wärmezufuhr über einen speziellen Schichttrichter und Schichtleitrohr. Der Speicher ist serienmäßig mit sechs Anschlüssen für die Be-/ Entladung, acht Anschlüssen für Thermometer (zwei Stück mitgeliefert) und Fühler, einem Anschluss für Entlüftung, einem Erdungsanschluss (zum Potenzialausgleich) ausgestattet.

WärmedämmungVormontierte Weichschaumdämmung zu 100 mm in Poliuretan (thermische Leitfähigkeit λ = 0,039 W/mK, Dichte 18 kg/m3), kaschiert mit einer Kunstlederummantelung auf Baumwollgewebe in Farbe rot (RAL 3000), heißgepresster PS Deckel in Farbe schwarz (RAL 9017) an der Oberseite. Die Dämmung ist über einen Reißverschluss leicht abnehmbar.

Rezervor vertical inertial din tabla de otel 37.2, tratat exterior anti coroziv, pentru incalzire si sterilizare ACM printr-un schimbator de caldura sudat, din otel inoxidabil AISI 316L cu serpentina din teava lisa.Cuplajele speciale reduc amestecul de apa calda in rezervor. Varianta standard este echipata cu 6 conexiuni pentru incarcare/descarcare, 8 conexiuni pentru termometre, sonde si racorduri pentru aerisire si impamantare.

Izolare termicaIzolatie premontata din spuma poliuretanica de 100 mm (conductivitate termica = 0.039 W/mK, densitate 18 kg/m3), cu strat extern de PVC colorat, capac superior termoformat. Izolatia poate fi usor indepartata datorita balamalelor.

Vertical inertial storage tank, in 37.2 steel sheet, external anti corrosion coating, for heating and sterile domestic hot water through a welded stainless steel AISI 316L heat exchanger, with a spiral tube.Special fittings reduce mixing of hot water accumulator. Rezervoarele de apa PUFFER HC sunt instalate in general in instalatiile unde atat apa calda cat si cea racita trebuie sa fie depozitate.Acestea au fost special proiectate pentru cuplarea la pompe de caldura si grupuri de racire lichide. Cuplajele principale sunt de dimensiuni mari pentru a permite trecerea debitelor crescute.Un set de cuplaje auxiliare este de asemenea prevazut pentru a indeplini toate cerintele instalatiei.Este prevazuta o izolatie in strat dublu. Primul strat este din spuma elastomerica cu celule inchise de 10 mm pentru a preveni formarea condensului, in timp ce al doilea strat este din spuma poliuretanica de 40 mm ce minimizeaza pierderea de caldura. Rezervorul este acoperit in intregime cu un strat de PVC colorat.

The PUFFER HC water tanks are generally installed in plants where both hot and chilled technological water has to be stored.They have been specially designed for coupling to heat pumps and chillers. The main couplings are indeed large-sized to allow for high flow rates pass through.A set of auxiliary couplings are also available to meet any plant demands. Double-layer insulation is provided. The first layer is made of 10 mm closed-cell elastomeric foam preventing the formation of condensate, whereas the second layer is 40 mm polyurethane foam to minimize loss of heat.The whole tank is covered by a coloured PVC casing.

Kit pentru cuplarea cu unitatile de stocare ale seriilor TK si TKX, pentru convertirea lor in unitati AFW si AFWX. Kitul include un schimbator de caldura cu placi brazate WP4, pompa de recirculare pe circuitul de ACM, robineti de inchidere, cuplaje si termostat pe circuitul primar.

Kit to be coupled to storage units of the TK and TKX series to convert them into AFW and AFWX units. The kit includes a WP4 brazed plate exchanger, recirculation pump on the DHW circuit side, shut-off valves, fittings and thermostat for the primary circuit.
