2. M i s i u n e a D e p a r t a m e n t u l u i I D / I F R Misiunea Departamentului I D / I F R , a s a c u m e s t e d e f m i t a i n Manualul Calitatii

D I D / I F R , e s t e ' W e a asigura ^i dezvolta resursele si instrumentele necesare deruldrii proceselor de educa(ie §i de cercetare stiinliflcd la standarde de calitate. specifice programelor de studii universitare ^i de masterat cu frecven(d redusa. necesare formarii de speciali^li, cu o complexd pregdtire teoretica si aplicativd, capabili sa se integreze rapid si eficient pe piafa muncii in domeniul absolvit".

Asumarea misiunii si a unui set de obiective are ca fundament durabil insusirea unor valoripe care DID/IFR dor este sa le onoreze si sa le promoveze permanent:

1 ) competenta profesionald - i m b u n a t a t i r e a c o n t i n u a s i o r i e n t a r e a c a t r e p e r f o r m a n t a a a c t u l u i e d u c a t i o n a l ;

2 ) integritatea morald - i n t r e t i n e r e a d e v o t a m e n t u l u i f a t a d e o n e s t i t a t e , c i n s t e s i o n o a r e . c o n f o r m C o d u l u i d e d e o n t o l o g i e s i e t i c a p r o f e s i o n a l a ;

A s t f e l , obiectivele strategice generale c a r e c o n t r i b u i e l a r e a l i z a r e a m i s i u n i i D e p a r t a m e n t u l u i I D / I F R s u n t p r e z e n t a t e i n c e l e c e u r m e a z a :

(1) Colaborarea cu departamentele institutiei implicate in dezvoltarea unor programe de studii universitare integrate, moderne, adaptate permanent la exigenfele piefei muncii, in contextul societd(ii bazate pe cunoa^tere.

(2) Organizarea procesului educational cu frecventa redusa ca un sistem centrat pe rezultatele invdtdrii, care asigura, pregatirea in domeniile economic, juridic, administratie publicd, istorie .î formarea de comportamente etice î, in egald masurd, ca sistem deschis spre cooperarea internationald cu entitdfi structural-organizatorice din spatiul european.

(3) Implementarea Sistemului de Management al Calitatii si promovarea unei culturi "procalitate ".

(4) Perfectionarea pregdtirii resurselor umane implicate in programele de studiu IFR. (5) Asigurarea unui mediu adecvat de studiu individual - dezbateri-autoevaluare î

evaluare. (6) Promovarea ofertei de servicii educationale cu frecventa redusa.
