1.0 GENERALITATI 1.0 GENERAL

1.1 Domeniul de valabilitate 1.1 Scope

Aceasta norma este valabila in cadrul OMV Petrom pentru lungimile stuturilor la conducte izolate si neizolate. Prezenta norma poate fi aplicata si pentru alte locatii. Denumirile functiilor care au fost utilizate in prezenta norma se vor intelege neutre din punct de vedere al genului.

This standard applies within OMV Petrom for connection lengths on insulated and non-insulated pipelines. This Standard can also be applied for other location departments. The functional descriptions in this standard are to be regarded as gender-neutral.

1.2 Norme si prescriptii 1.2 Standards and instructions

In coroborare cu prezenta norma se vor respecta dispozitiile, normele si directivele valabile in Romania, in varianta lor aflata in vigoare, care sunt mentionate la Anexa. Nu consideram enumerarea noastra ca fiind una completa

Daca intre diferitele dispozitii, reglementari, norme si directive apar diferente sau contradictii, iar aspectele respective nu sunt in mod expres clarificate prin prezenta norma, se va aplica reglementarea cu formularea cea mai restrictiva. In cazul in care prevederile se exclud reciproc, atunci se va aplica reglementarea prevazuta de legislatia romaneasca.

Intra in responsabilitatea executantului sa verifice daca prevederile prezentei norme sunt adecvate scopului lucrarii respective. Aplicarea normei nu il exonereaza pe executant de raspunderea pe care o are in calitate de antreprenor profesionist si responsabil. Daca executantul are obiectii cu privire la una dintre prevederile stabilite, el il va informa imediat in scris pe angajator despre acest lucru. Este obligatia contractorului sa observe reglementarile in vigoare si sa se asigure ca subcontractorii sai procedeaza la fel.

In conjunction with this Standard, the respective specifications, standards and directives legally applicable in Romania and stated in the Annex should be taken into account in their currently valid form. This listing is not claimed to be complete.

In the event of deviations or conflicts arising between the various specifications, standards and directives and there is no firm definition by this standard, then the strictest formulation is to be applied in each case. Where they are mutually exclusive, then the Romanian statutory regulations will apply. The contractor will be responsible for checking the appropriateness of this standard for the intended purpose. The application does not relieve the contractor of his responsibility as specialist and independent entrepreneur. If the contractor has reservations concerning an agreed definition, then he must notify the client of this in writing without delay. It is the duty of the contractor to observe the valid regulations and to ensure that his subcontractors also observe them.

2.0 EXECUTIE 2.0 IMPLEMENTATION

Lungimile stuturilor se dimensioneaza pentru capetele flanselor si ale mufelor.

In cazul conductelor izolate, stuturile cu capetele flanselor trebuie sa iasa minim 150 mm din izolatie, iar cele cu capetele mufelor- minim 40 mm. In cazul conductelor neizolate, stuturile trebuie sa aiba lungimea minima 150 mm.

Daca stuturile se izoleaza în comun, este valabila urmatoarea reglementare: Stuturile cu capete de flanse trebuie sa iasa din izolatia conductei principale minim 150 mm, iar cele cu capete de mufe – minim 40 mm (vezi pct. 2.3). In cazul unor straturi de izolare cu grosime mai mare decât cele din tabelele urmatoare, lungimile minime ale stuturilor se vor calcula.

The connection lengths are designed for flange and coupling ends.

For insulated pipelines, the connections with flange ends must protrude at least 150 mm from the insulation and for coupling ends at least 40 mm. For non-insulated pipelines, the connections with flange and coupling ends must be at least 150 mm long. If connections are also insulated, the following applies: Connections with flange ends must protrude at least 150 mm from the insulation of the main pipe, with coupling ends at least 40 mm (see item 2.3). For thicker insulation layers than those listed in the following tables, the minimum connection lengths must be calculated.

Lungimile stuturilor pentru conducte neizolate, cu capete de flanse si mufe, trebuie sa aiba lungimea minima 150 mm.

The connection lengths for non-insulated pipelines with flange and coupling ends must be at least 150 mm long.
