REGIMUL DIABETICULUI 160g HC
I. Permise fara cantar zilnic: - Carne : vaca, vital, pasare, porc, mile, sunca, piftie, mezeluri………………300 g- Peste : proaspat sau conservat (sarat sau afumat )……………………………400 g- Branzeturi : telemea, cascaval, branza topita, cas, urda, branza de
vaci……..................................................................................................200 – 300 g- Grasimi : untdelemn, margarina- Smantana : ocazional- Legume : varza, varza rosie, bruxelles, conopida,spanac,dovlecei, fasole verde,
bame, praz, salata, sparanghel, rosii, papadie, macese, vinete, ciuperci, ardei gras, stevie, castraveti, untisor……………………………………………………...800 g
- Oua proaspete
II. Obligatoriu zilnic pe cantar : - 10% FRUCTE PROASPETE : mere, fragi, capsuni, zmeura, caise, visine,
cirese timpurii, pere, piersici, portocale, gutui, sfecla, morcov, telina, pepene verde………………………………………………………………………….300 g
- 4% LAPTE dulce sau acru, sana, kefir…………………………………… 500 ml- 20% CARTOFI, orez, gris, paste fainoase, mazare, fasole boabe – Cantarite
