3.) Building a House of Culture:
- it will have 1.000 seats, 2 showrooms, offices for emploees.
- parking lot, other facilities.

4.) Building a Multi-porpose indoor sport Arena:
- the facility will include basketball courts, volleyball courts, indoor tennis courts, indoor
soccer fields, gyms and open space etc.
5.) Creating and development of a Business Incubation Program for regional and local
entreprenuers:
- the project will nurture the development of entrepreneurial companies, helping them
survive and grow during the start-up period, when they are most vulnerable. These
project provide client companies with business support services and resources tailored to
young firms. Our goals are creating jobs in our community, enhancing community’s
entrepreneurial climate, retaining businesses in community, building or accelerating
growth in local industry, and diversifying local economie.
6.) Developing of green (alternative) transport network:
- the project will encourage „green” public transportation, such as electric buses, transit
roads, implement travel reduction programs, cycling track.
7.) Creating a Center for supporting local agricultural business
- it will helps local communities to protect crops and create jobs.
All the above projects/investments could be achieved through public-private partnership.
