Commercial responsibilities :

1) -responsibility to calculate and prepare the quotations requests for all the new

clients and also to update the quotations for the existing customers;

2) -edit offers and send them to our clients, supervising the transport orders;

3) -maintaining the commercial connections with the dedicated customers, or

potential customers;

4) -onsite meetings in order to present the company's services or negotiate

further/actual contracts.

Freight forwarder responsibilities :

1) -organizing of urgent transportation in "hand carry" ( OBC - On Board Courier ) or

charter plane conditions ;

On board courier is an individual who will travel at either a moment’s notice or on a

planned trip via commercial airlines, anywhere in the world.

On board couriers are becoming a popular choice when it comes to handling

important or delicate goods. For customers is a safer way of transporting delicate,

time critical or high value goods that could be easily lost or broken by using a

normal airfreight/courier service. An on board courier will keep the documents/item

with them on board if possible, or alternatively check in the item.

Why to choose to engage an OBC to accompany your critical goods ?

Below the answer :

* The OBC or hand carry provides a later cut-off versus normal air cargo;

* An OBC consignment receives higher priority in carriage on board a specific flight;

* Transportation, whenever possible, as a carry-on item will ensure the required

security throughout the entire supply chain process;

* It will obtain a faster mode and more simplified procedure in customs clearance at

destination.

2) -organizing the transports of biological substances in dry ice or ambient samples,

and also transports for samples under controlled temperature .
