Write a 450-word reflective essay considering the following quote:

SUBJECT II (25 points)Your company regularly uses a local hotel for its overseas guests and for important business meetings. You have become increasingly unhappy with some aspects of the hotel’s service and facilities, and their response to your complaints.

Write a report to the Managing Director of your company, outlining the problems you or your guests have had with the hotel.

Write your report in 300 words.

MosquitoesAccording to the World Health Organisation, malaria, a disease spread by mosquitoes, affects millions of people every year.
