Action grants to support National or
transnational e-Justice projects
This call for proposals aims at contributing to achieving the objectives of the European e-Justice Strategy 2014-2018. It will support the implementation of e-Justice projects within the European e-Justice Portal and at national level, in as far as they have a European dimension.
Priority will be given to projects aiming at joining or enhancing existing or on-going e-Justice portal projects,
Applicants and partners must comply with the following requirements: (a) Legal status: Applicants and partners must be legally constituted public or private organisations, or international organisations. (b) Bodies and organisations which are profit-oriented can apply, be it as applicant or as partner, only in partnership with non-profit or public organisations.
Eligible country: Applicant and partners must be legally established in an eligible country (the EU members states except UK and DK). This is not
This call will fund IT activities and other relevant activities linked with the European e-Justice Strategy and its Action Plan. Project activities under this call would in principle include analytical, conceptual, design and elaboration work, IT software development, quality assurance and related auxiliary measures necessary for the establishment of new IT systems, as well as the expansion and adaptation of existing national and transnational solutions towards addressing the
objectives of the call. Activities relating to project management, content preparation, editorial work, communication, promotion and dissemination are also eligible for funding.

described in detail in section 2.1 on the Daphne strand and 2.3 on the access to justice strand. Proposals shall complement the efforts of the EU in the area of support and rights of victims. Applicants shall explain and demonstrate how their proposals are aligned with the respective EU policies and with the documents published by the
European Commission and referred to under each priority. The Daphne Strand covers specialised support services aimed at women,
public or private organisations, or international organisations Bodies set up by the European Union falling under Article 208 of the Financial Regulations (EU bodies and institutions) are not eligible for funding and cannot submit applications. They can be associated to an application, but their costs will not be co- Financed. Only legally constituted organisations can participate. Natural persons (private
individuals) are not allowed to submit applications. (b)Non-profit: The applicant must be non- profit-oriented. This will be assessed on the basis of the statutes of the organisation, in particular whether those

The general objectives are to: 1.Support the extension of the tourism season, hence contributing to improve SME's competitiveness and jobs growth; 2.Foster transnational cooperation among the widest possible number of actors along the tourism value chain;
1 .Applicant organisations must be legal entities. They can be fully or partly public or private bodies; private bodies must be properly constituted and registered under national law. Natural persons are non-eligible for the purpose of the present call. The following groups of countries are eligible for participation in COSME: a.European Free Trade Association (EFTA)
The project proposals must follow one of the two following strands according to the chosen target: 1."STRAND A". Proposals submitted under this strand must target seniors. 2."STRAND B". Proposals submitted under this strand must target young people. The proposed transnational products must be self-sustainable after the end of the EU co-financing period and can be either innovative or based on national or

The priority of the
call is to combat bullying against children at school, in residential care settings and in detention.

Only legally constituted organisations can participate. Natural persons (private individuals) are not allowed to submit applications. (b) Non-profit: The

The funding under
this call is based on the co-financing
principle: the grant cannot

This will be assessed on the basis of the statutes of the organisation, in particular whether those allow for the possibility to distribute profit to members/shareholders. Bodies and organisations which are profit-oriented shall have access to grants only as partners. (c) Eligible country: Applicant and partners must be legally established in an eligible country. International organisations. The project must be transnational and must be submitted by a partnership of eligible organisations (i.e. applicant and partners) from at least three
