Micul dejun:• 1 felie paine dietetica
• 100 g branza (pana la 7% grasime)• lactate (lapte batut, sana, kefir, iaurt)
• salata legume crude: rosii, salata erde, salata crea!a castraeti, ridic"i rosii
si negre, arza, ardei grasi, gogosari, ardei capia sau iuti, conopida, broccoli,ciuperci, dolecei, fasole erde, spanac, bab# spinac", leurda, urzici, rucola,
bame, gulii, telina, ceapa, usturoi, sparang"el, bambus, alge, ang"inare, praz,andie, fetica (aleriana), creson, loboda, steie, fenicul, inete plus toateierburile aromatice: marar, patrunjel, leustean, busuioc, tar"on, dafin, oregano,cimbru, capere etc si toate condimentele: sare, piper, boia iute$dulce, scortisoara,c"imen, curr#, g"imbir etc
&ranz:
• 1'0 g peste (sau fructe de mare) SAU 100 g carne• legume crude si gatite din lista in cantitati nelimitate
ina:
1) la fel ca micul dejun 1ou SAU
*) la fel ca la pranz
+egumele crude sunt permise in cantitati nelimitate toata ziua
