Catalog de cuzineŃi cu pereŃi subŃiri
I. GeneralităŃi
Catalogul cuprinde cuzineŃii cu pereŃi subŃiri fabricaŃi la S.C. ROMLAG S,A, Braşov, pentru producŃia şi reparaŃia de automobile, tractoare, maşini agricole, locomotive, motoare diverse, agregate, compresoare, pompe, etc.
Acest catalog este destinat pentru alegerea corectă a cuzineŃilor, de către beneficiari cu grade diferite de cunoştinŃe în utilizarea cuzineŃilor. Catalogul nu Ńine loc de manual de reparaŃii şi nu conŃine datele tehnice specifice.
II. Descrierea cuzineŃilor cu pereŃi subŃiri
CuzineŃii cu pereŃi subŃiri sunt lagăre cu alunecare, hidrodinamice, având grosimi ce nu depăşesc 0,03 din diametrul interior al lagărului, alcătuiŃi dintr-un suport de oŃel pe care se aplică material antifricŃiune.
Tipurile de cuzineŃi fabricaŃi sunt: - semicuzineŃi: fig. 1 - bucşe: fig. 2 - semiinele axiale: fig. 3 - rondele: fig. 4 - inele axiale fig. 5
Locul de utilizare a cuzineŃilor într-un motor cu 4 cilindri în linie este prezentat în fig. 7.
III. Materiale
Materialele utilizate în fabricaŃia cuzineŃilor cu pereŃi subŃiri sunt: - suport din otel: OLC8X,
- material antifricŃiune pe bază de aluminiu: AS20, AS6, AS6N1,
- material antifricŃiune pe bază de cupru: CP10S10, CP22S4, CP23S2, CP26S2.
SemicuzineŃii din AS6, AS6N1, CP23S2, CP22S4 se acoperă galvanic cu un strat funcŃional de plumb-staniu.
CuzineŃii sunt protejaŃi împotriva coroziunii cu ulei de conservare sau sunt acoperiŃi galvanic cu un strat subŃire de staniu.

IV. InstrucŃiuni pentru utilizarea catalogului În tabelele catalogului sunt 13 coloane numerotate care prezintă date ce pot fi utilizate pentru
alegerea cuzineŃilor corespunzători. Toate dimensiunile sunt date în mm.
1. Numărul poziŃiei Se indică numărul de ordine al motorului care aparŃine aceluiaşi fabricant.
2. Fabricat, motor, tip, data, anul Sunt date toate indicaŃiile pentru identificarea clară a produsului pe care se montează cuzineŃii.
Când nu se cunosc cuzineŃii dintr-un motor ei pot fi identificaŃi cu ajutorul catalogului cunoscând toate datele despre motor.
3. Număr de cilindri, alezaj x cursă Pentru fiecare tip de motor sunt daŃi parametrii de bază, numărul de cilindri, alezajul x cursa,
pentru o mai bună identificare a motorului.
4. PoziŃia cuzineŃilor Se indică poziŃia prescurtată de montare a cuzineŃilor, într-un motor: (vezi fig. 7). SB - semicuzinet bielă, SP - semicuzinet palier, SBc - semicuzinet bielă compresor Ia - inel axial SI - semiinel axial, Bb - bucşă bielă, Bac (f,m,s) - bucşă ax came, (faŃă, mijloc, spate) Bc - bucşă culbutor, Bd - bucşă distribuŃie, Bp - bucşă pompă (apă sau ulei), Bpin - bucşă pinion, Bcompr - bucşă compresor, Bdem - bucşă demaror, Bpiv - bucşă pivot Bbrat - bucşă braŃ B - bucşe diverse, R - rondelă.
5. Perechi sau bucăŃi pe set În această coloană este dat numărul de cuzineŃi pe motor, în bucăŃi, unde este un singur sim-
bol, şi în perechi, unde apar două simboluri în coloana 11. (Exemplu cu două simboluri 10301261/263 în acest caz este o pereche).
6. Diametrul arborelui standard Sunt date dimensiunile minime şi maxime ale arborelui pentru cota standard. Pentru reparaŃii arborele se rectifică cu dimensiunile indicate. Pentru semiinelele şi rondelele
respective se indică diametrul interior. ToleranŃele sunt numai valori orientative, se va Ńine cont de prescripŃiile constructorului de
motor la rectificarea arborelui. De calitatea şi precizia rectificării arborelui la reparaŃii depinde buna funcŃionare a motorului.
7. Diametrul locaşului de montare Sunt date alezajele în care se montează cuzineŃii, prin diametrul minim şi maxim, care se
schimbă în funcŃie de treptele de reparaŃii. Pentru semiinele şi rondele se indică diametrul lor exterior.

8. LăŃimea cuzineŃilor Se indică lăŃimea maximă a cuzineŃilor. Pentru semiinele şi rondele această cotă nu există.
9. Grosimea peretelui standard Sunt date valorile maxime ale grosimii peretelui cuzineŃilor, pentru cota standard. În cazul bucşelor
alezate s-a introdus în coloana 12 simbolul ,,a", celelalte bucşe se livrează nealezate. Grosimea peretelui la reparaŃii se stabileşte Ńinând cont de treptele de reparaŃii din coloana 13,
semicuzineŃii sunt în stare finită şi nu este bine să mai fie prelucraŃi.
10. Materiale În această coloană sunt trecute materialele din care sunt executaŃi cuzineŃii:
- AS20 - suport din oŃel placat cu material antifricŃiune: staniu 20%, cupru 1%, aluminiu restul; - AS6, AS6N1 - suport din oŃel placat cu material antifricŃiune: staniu 6%, nichel 4% sau1%, aluminiu -
restul; SemicuzineŃii se acoperă galvanic pe suprafaŃa de lucru cu Pb-Sn. - CP1OS10 - suport din oŃel cu material antifricŃiune sinterizat din: plumb 10%, staniu 10%,cupru -
restul; - CP22S4 - suport din oŃel cu material antifricŃiune sinterizat din: plumb 22%, staniu 4%,cupru -
restul; SemicuzineŃii se acoperă galvanic pe suprafaŃa de lucru cu Pb-Sn. - CP23S2 - suport din oŃel cu material antifricŃiune sinterizat din: plumb 23%, staniu 2%,cupru -
restul. SemicuzineŃii se acoperă galvanic pe suprafaŃa de lucru cu Pb-Sn. - CP26S2 - suport din oŃel cu material antifricŃiune sinterizat din: plumb 26%, staniu 2%,cupru -
restul; - OLC8X - oŃel fără material antifricŃiune.
11. Simbolul cuzineŃilor Simbolul cuzinetului este dat de constructorul maşinii sau utilajului pentru identificarea clara a
cuzineŃilor. Acesta poate fi diferit pe fiecare treapta de reparaŃie sau nu.
12. Simbolul setului Simbolul setului este simbolul dat de constructorul de maşini sau utilaje. Acesta poate fi diferit pe
fiecare treapta de reparaŃie sau nu. Acolo unde simbolul nu există, nu se livrează în set.
13. Cotele de reparaŃii CuzineŃii se fabrică la cota de standard (STD) sau pentru reparaŃii R1 ...R6. În coloana pentru
cotele de reparaŃii este prezentată dimensiunea orientativă cu care se micşorează diametrul arborelui pentru reparaŃii; se va Ńine cont de prescripŃiile constructorului de motor.
Exemplu: Pentru prima reparaŃie 0,25 / (R1): fusul se rectifică cu 0,25 mm pe diametru faŃă de cota STD, iar semicuzinetul (R1) este mai gros cu 0,125 mm (pe rază) faŃă de cota STD, în acest fel menŃinându-se jocul prescris.
Treptele de reparaŃii pentru semicuzineŃi sunt: 0,25 (R1), 0,50 (R2), 0,75 (R3), 1,0 (R4), 1,25 (R5), 1,50 (R6).
Există şi trepte cu alte valori, specificate în coloana 13: 0,02 (R0), 0,254 (R1), 0,508 (R2), 0,762 (R3), 1,016(R4).
CuzineŃii sunt marcaŃi prin poansonare pe suprafaŃa de oŃel cu simbolul întreg sau parŃial, urmat de cota de reparaŃie şi firma RLG.
Pentru comandă se vor indica numărul setului din coloana 12 şi treapta de reparaŃie; acolo unde nu există număr de set se vor indica numărul reperului din coloana 11 şi treapta de reparaŃie.

Thin - wall plain bearings catalogue
I. Generalities
The catalogue contains the thin wall bearings manufactured by S.C. ROMLAG S.A. Brasov, for production and repair of: automobiles, machines, railway engine, motors, different assembles, compresors, pumpes, etc.
This catalogue is destinated for the good selection of the thin-wall plain bearings by the common clients with different knowledge degrees in the field of thin-wall plain bearings use. The catalogue does not take place to the repair manual and does not contain specific technicals data.
II. Thin wall plain bearings description
Thin wall bearings are hydrodinamics slide bearings with not more thickness than 0,03 mm from internal diameter of the bearing. They are made of steel holder with antifriction material applied on it; or only of steel or antifriction alloy.
The thin-wall plain bearing type manufactured are:
- half-plain bearings Fig. 1, - -bushings Fig. 2, - half axial inners Fig. 3, - plates Fig. 4, - axial inners Fig. 5,
The place of plain bearings utilisation in a four in line cylinder engine is presented in Fig. 7.
III. Materials
The materials which are used, in the thin-wall plain bearing production are: - steel back OLC8; - antifriction material with aluminium base:
AS20, AS6, AS6N1,
- antifriction material with copper base: CP10S10, Cp22S4, Cp23S2, CP26S2
Half plain bearings from AS6, AS6N1, CP23S2, CP22S4 have galvanic coating with a functional coating with conservating oil or galvanic coating with a tin coating.

IV. Instructions for the use of this catalogue
There are 13 numbered columns in the tables of the catalogue in which the data are presented than may be used for the selection of the suitable bearings. All dimensions are in mm.
1. Item number It gives the ordinal number of engine which belongs to the same producer.
2. Made, engine, type, data, year of construction These are all indications to identify the product on which the bearings are used. If, however, the
plain bearings are unknown they may be identify in the catalogue, knowing all the engine references.
3. Number of cylinders, bore, course Each type of engine is presented with its basic parameter: number of cylinders, bore, course.
4. Palin bearings position It is indicated the shorten mounting position of the bearings in the motor: (see Fig. 7). SB - half plain bearing connecting rod; SP - half plain bearing main bearing; SBc - half plain bearing conrod compresor SI - half axial inner; Bb - small end bushing; Bac(f,m,s) - came shaft bushing,(front, middle back); Bc - rocker arm bushing; Bd - distribution bushing; Bp - water pump bushing; Bpin - pinion bushing; Bcompr - compresor bushing; Bdem - starter device bushing; Bpiv - swivel bushing Bbrat - arm bushing B - various bushing; R - plate.
5. Pairs of pieces per set This column indicates the number of plain bearings or of pairs of bearings required for an
engine i.e. number of pieces, where is one symbol only, and number or pairs, where are two sym-bols in column 11.
E.g. with two symbols: 1030126/263, in this case is one pair, only.
6. Shaft diameter (standard) The smallest and the largest sizes of the shaft are given for the standard level. For repairs, the shaft must be ground to the mentioned dimensions. For half inner and plates,
the internal diameter must be mentioned. Tolerances are only orienting; the engine manufacturer's regulations for grinding the shaft, must
be observed. The good work of the engine, depends on the quality and precison of the shaft grinding.
7. Housing mounting diameter The bores are indicated where the plain bearings will be mounted, small and big diameter,
which are not changed by the repair stages. For the half inner and plates, their external diameter are indicated.
8. Plain bearings width It gives the maximum plain bearings width. For half inner and plates this size does not exist.

9. Standard wall thickness It is refering to the maximum sizes of plain bearings wall thickness for the standard size; for the
bore bushings (see column 12 it is introduced the symbol "a". The others are delivered with no bore. The thickness of wall, when repairs are made, is fixed, taking account by the repair stage from column 13; the half plain bearings are final state and it is not good to be more worked.
10. Materials This column provides the materials of which the plain bearings are made:
- AS20 - steel back plated with antifrictional material, tin 20%, copper 1 %, aluminium the rest
- AS6, AS6N1 - steel back plated with antifrictional material, tin 6%, nickel 4% or 1%, aluminium the rest. Half plain bearings are galvanic coating on the work surface with lead and tin.
- CP1OS10 - steel back with sintered antifrictional material from: lead 10%, tin 10% copper the rest. Half plain bearings are galvanic coating on the work surface with lead and tin.
- CP22S4 - steel back with sintered antifrictional material from: lead 22%, tin 4%, copper the rest. Half plain bearing are galvanic coating on the work surface with lead and tin.
- CP23S2 - steel back with sintered antifrictional material from: lead 23%, tin 2%, copper the rest. Half plain bearing are galvanic coating on the work surface with lead and tin.
- CP26S2 - steel back with sintered antifrictional material from lead 26%, tin 2%, copper the rest.
- OLC8X - steel without antifrictional material.
11. plain bearings symbol For a clear indentifing of plain bearings, their symbol is given by the machine or equipment
producer. This may be differnet on every stage of repair or not.
12. Set symbol The set symbol is given by the machine or equipment prodecer. This may be different on every
stage of repair or not. There where the symbol is not existing, it is delivered without set.
13. Repair stages The plain bearings are manufactured to the standard level (STD) or for repairs R-) .......... R6. In
the repair column just an orienting dimension, is presented to make smaller the shaft; for repairs, it is better to keep account of the engine producer prescriptions.
E.G. For the first repair 0,25 (R-|): pin is groun with 0,25 mm on the diameter instead of the STD level and the half plain bearing (R-|) it is larger with 0,125 mm (on the radius) than the STD level, keeping is this way, the specified clearance.
Repair stages for half plain bearings are: 0,25 (R ,̂ 0,50 (R ,̂ 0,75 (R3), 1,0 (R4), 1,25 (R5), 1,50 (R6). There are also, stages with other values specified in column 13:0,02 (R0), 0,254 (R-|), 0,508
(R2), 0,762 (R3), 1,0 (R4), 1,25 (R5), 1,50 (R6). Plain bearings are stamping marked on steel surface with the entire or partial symbol, followed
the repair level and URB company. For ordering, the number of the set from column 12 and stage of repair will be indicated; there,
where the number of set does not exist the number of bench from column 11 and the stage of repair.

Catalogue de coussinets minces
I. Généralités
Le catalogue renferme les coussinets minces fabriqués à S.C. Romlag S.A, Braşov, pour la production et la réparation des automobiles, tracteurs, machines agricoles, locomotives, moteurs, agrégats divers, compresseurs, pompes, etc.
Ce catalogue est destine au choix correcte des coussinets, par les bénéficiaires a différents degrés de connaissance, dans I'utilisation des coussinets. La catalogue ne remplace pas le manuel de réparations et ne contient pas les données techniques spécifiques.
II. La description des coussinets minces
Les coussinets minces sont des paliers de glissement hydrodinamiques, ayant des épaisseurs qui ne dépassent pas 0,03 du diamètre intérieure du palier. Ils se composent d'un support d'acier sur lequel on applique un matériel d'antifriction.
Les types de coussinets fabriques sont
- demi - coussinets: Fig. 1, - douilles: Fig. 2, - demi - anneaux axiaux: Fig. 3, - rondelles: Fig. 4, - anneaux axiaux: Fig. 5.
La figure 7 indique la place des coussinets dans un moteur a quatre cylindres en ligne.
III. Matériaux
Les matériaux utilises dans la fabrication des coussinets minces sont: - support d'acier: OLC8,
matériel antifriction à base d'aluminium: AS20, AS6, AS6N1,
- matériel antifriction à base de cuivre: CP10S10, CP22S4, CP23S2, CP26S2.
Les demi - coussinets AS6, AS6N1, CP22S4, CP23S2, se recouvre galvaniquement avec un couche fonctionnel de plomb - étain.
Les coussinets sont protégés contre la corrosion avec huille de conservation ou sont recouverts galvaniquement avec un couche d'étain
IV. Instructions pour l'utilisation du catalogue

II y a 13 colonnes numerot6e, dans les tableaux du catalogue, qui présentent les données qui peuvent être utilisées pour le choix des coussinets correspondants. Toutes les dimensions sont données en mm.
1. Numéro de position
On indique le numéro d'ordre du moteur qui appartient au même constructeur.
2. Fabrique, Moteur, Type, Dates, Année de construction
Sont données toutes les indications pour identifier précisément le produit sur lequel on monte les coussinets. Quand on ne connaît pas les coussinets d'un moteur, ils peuvent être identifies a
I'aide du catalogue connaissant toutes les données concernant le moteur.
3. Nombre de cylindres, Alésage, Course
Pour chaque type de moteur sont données les paramètres de base: nombre de cylindres, alésage, course, pour un mieux identification du moteur.
4. Position des coussinets. On indique la position raccourcie de montage des coussinets sur un moteur: (voir la fig. 7). SB - demi coussinet bielle, SP - demi coussinet palier, SBc - demi coussinet bielle, compresseur SI - demi anneau axial, Bb - douille bielle, Bac (f,m,s) - douille axe came, (avant, intermediaire, arrier) Bc - douille culbuteur, Bd - douille distribution, Bp - douille pompe (eau ou hulls), Bpin - douille pignon, Bcompr - douille compresseur Bdem - douille démarreur, Bpiv - douille pivot Bbrat - douille bras B - douille diverses, R - rondelle.
5. Paires ou pièces par set
Dans cette colonne est donn6 le numéro de coussinets pour chaque moteur, en pièces, ou il existe un seul symbole et en paires, ou il existe deux symboles, dans la colonne 11 (par exemple: avec deux symboles 10301261/263, dans ce cas il s'agit d'un paire).
6. Diamètre arbre standard
Se sont données les dimensions minimes et maximes de I'arbre pour cote standard. Pour faire les réparations, I'arbre sera rectifie avec les dimension indiques. Pour demi anneaux et rondelles il est nécessaire d'indiquer le diamètre intérieur.
Les tolérances sont seulement des valeurs d'orientation. II faut tenir compte, des prescriptions du constructeur du moteur a la rectification de I'arbre. Le bon fonctionnement du moteur, dépende de la qualité et de la précision de rectification de I'arbre.
7. Diamètre de logement de montage. Se sont donnes les alésages dans lesquels sont montes les coussinets, par le diamètre mini-
mum et maximum, qui ne se change pas en fonction d'étapes de rectification. Pour les demi anneaux et les rondelles on indique leur diamètre extérieur.
8. Largeur des coussinets.

On indique la largeur maxime des coussinets. Cette cote n'existe pas pour les demi anneaux et pour les rondelles.
9. Epaisseur de paroi standard Se sont données les valeurs maximes et I'épaisseur de paroi de coussinets pour la cote stan-dard,
dans le cas de douilles alésées, il existe dans la colonne 12, le symbole "a"; les autres douilles sont livrées non alésée. L'épaisseur du paroi a réparations est établi, compte tenant, d'étapes de réparations de la colonne 13; les demi coussinets sont en était fini et il n'est pas bien d'être usinés.
10. Matières Dans cette colonne sont présentés les matières des coussinets: - AS20 - support acier plaque: étain 20%, cuivre 1 %, aluminium le reste, - AS6, AS6N1 - support acier plaque avec matière antifriction: étain 6%, nickel 4% ou 1%,
aluminium le reste; les demi coussinets sont couvert galvanique sur la surface de travaille avec Pb - Sn,
- CP1OS10 - support acier avec matière antifriction sintérisé: plomb 10%, étain 10%, cuivre le reste,
- CP22S4 - support acier avec matière antifriction sintérisé de plomb 22%, étain 4%, cuivre le reste. Les demi coussinets sont couvert galvanique sur la surface de travaille avec Pb-Sn,
- CP23S2 - support acier avec matière antifriction sintérisé: plomb 23%, étain 2%, cuivre le reste,
- CP26S2 - support acier avec matière antifriction sintérisé: plomb 26%, étain 2%, cuivre le reste,
- OLC8X - acier sans matière antifriction.
11. Symbole des coussinets Le symbole des coussinets est donne par le constructeur de la machine ou d'outillage pour
I'identification des coussinets. Ce-ci peut être différent pour chaque étape de réparation ou non.
12. Symbole du set Le symbole du set est le symbole donne par le constructeur de la machine et des outillages. Ce-ci
peut être différent pour chaque étape de réparation ou non. La, ou le symbole n'existe pas, ne se livre pas en set.
13. Cotes de réparation Les coussinets sont produits a la cote standard (STD) ou pour les réparations R1 … R6. Dans la
colonne pour les cotes de réparations est présentée la dimension d'orientation avec qui se réduit le diamètre d a rbre pour réparation: on doit tenir compte des prescriptions du constructeur de moteur.
Par exemple: pour la première réparation 0,25 (R1) - le tourillon se rectifie avec 0,25 mm sur le diamètre par rapport a la cote STD et le demi coussinet (R1,) est plus gros avec 0,125 mm (sur le rayon) par rapport a la cote STD, mentenant de cette façon le jeu prescrit.
Les étapes de réparations pour les demi coussinets sont: 0,25 / (R1), 0,50 / (R2), 0,75 / (R3), 1,0 / (R4), 1,25 / (R5), 1,50 / (R6).
II existe aussi des autres étapes avec des autres valeurs spécifiées dans la colonne 13: 0,02 / (R0), 0,254 / (R1), 0,508 / (R2), 0,762 (R3).
Les coussinets sont marques: poinçonné sur la surface d'acier le symbole entier ou partiel, suivi de la cote de réparation, et I'entreprise RLG.
Pour commande, on va indiquer le numéro de set de la colonne 12 et I'étape de réparation, la ou il n'existe pas le numéro de set, on va indiquer le repère de la colonne 11 et I'étape de réparation.
