Caracteristici pavilion:
Conceptul de design al Pavilionului Romaniei evolueaza in jurul culorii si a mediului "verde", inspirat de mere, fructele cele mai populare in Romania si care reprezinta un oras "verde", viata sanatoasa si conceptul de dezvoltare durabila.

Aspectul pavilionului
Pavilionul Romania este impartit in doua parti: un mar urias verde si o felie de mar asezate pe pamant. Expozitia cuprinde trei sectiuni - "Millenium in retrospectiva", "Dezvoltare sociala si urbana promovata de istorie si natura" si "Viata la oras aproape de natura". "Pavilionul va demonstra, de asemenea, farmecul Romania pentru vizitatorii din intreaga lume, cu spectacole de dans traditional , expozitii de costum etnice si alte activitati.

Highlight 1: Review of Classic Romanian Films
Review of Classic Romanian Films During Expo 2010, visitors will be able to view classic Romanian films which had a lasting impression on its people, such as "Stefan cel Mare" (1974) and "Mihai Viteazul" (1970). Sowing these old films is designed to generate a sense of nostalgia and to highlight the rapid development that has occurred in Romania in a relatively short amount of time.
Highlight 2: A "Green Apple" Changing Colors
A "Green Apple" Changing Colors The exterior of the Romania Pavilion is constructed from glass, while the interior is composed primarily of steel. The designers will illuminate the "green apple" with a multitude of different lights and colors to draw attention during the dark evenings.
Highlight 3: 24-Hour Cultural Performance
24-Hour Cultural Performance The principle element of the five-story "green apple" is an apple with a small bite. The most important floor will function as a 24-hour stage for Romanian cultural performances ranging from classical to modern. Dancers will dress in traditional costumes to showcase the expansive customs of the country.
Highlight 3: A "Slice of Apple"
A "Slice of Apple" As part of the "green apple," the "slice of apple" will showcase the history and scenery of Romanian cities, especially the capital, Bucharest. Additionally, the green slope on top of the slice will function as an important place for visitor activities.
