Misiunea firmei este urmtoarea: prin valoare, prin servicii, prin calitate promovm

turismul romnesc. Aplicantul nu a mai beneficiat de sprijin din alte fonduri comunitare pentru

investitii similare n ultimii 3 ani;

I.7. Scopul proiectului

Proiectul are ca scop infiintarea unei pensiuni turistice in zona Muntilor Vrancei, in

localitatea Paltin. Aceasta pensiune va fi de 3 margarete si dotata cu servicii complexe.

Aceasta pensiune isi propune sa ofere turistilor dornici de aventura un pachet cat mai larg

de propuneri in acest sens.

Turismul de aventur este cel care ne plaseaz pe locul 9 din 160de ri n curs de

dezvoltare (topul a fost realizat de Universitatea George Washington, n colaborare cu dou

firme de consultan n turism).

Pornind de la potenialul su, Romnia, prin cele dou componente eseniale natural i

antropic, dispune de posibiliti pentru dezvoltarea turismului de aventur, de aceea le

propunem turistilor o evadare n natur, acolo unde se pot face drumeii i practica atat

sporturi de vara (alpinism, ciclism, mountain-biking), cat si sporturi de iarna (schi, snowboard),

precum i sporturi nautice (surfing, caiakyng pe ruri si lacuri).

Descrierea zonei:Muntii Vrancei sunt o unitate de relief a Carpatilor de Curbura, apartinand de lantul

muntos al Carpatilor Orientali. Cel mai inalt pisc este Varful Goru, avand 1.785m. Muntii

Vrancei, inca isi mai pastreaza aerul de zona salbatica, nepoluata, iar impreuna cu Muntii

Bretcului si Muntii Buzaului formeaza partea estica, marginiti de depresiunea Brasovului la

Nord, de Subcarpatii Curburii la Est si de Valea Carpatica a Buzaului in partea de Sud-Vest. In

partea nordica, limita Muntilor Vrancei este trasata in mod obisnuit in lungul vaii Oituzului,

incluzandu-se acestora si culmile coborate ale Magurii Casin (1.165 m).Pozitia Muntilor Vrancei se suprapune rascrucii dintre Moldova, Transilvania si Muntenia,

intarindu-se si prin aceasta functia nodala in circulatia turistica pe coordonate mult mai extinse,

cu specific transcarpatic si extracarpatic. Sub raport adminitrativ-teritorial, zona apartine

judetelor Vrancea (cea mai mare parte), Bacau (sectorul nordic), Buzau (marginea de sud-vest si

foarte putin din extremitatea sudica) si Covasna (latura nord-vestica) avand o suprafata de

aproximativ 1.500 km2. Pentru a intelege relieful Muntilor Vrancei ca element distinctiv al

peisajului geografic natural, se cuvine mai intai cunoasterea genezei si alcatuirii formelor, a

relatiilor sale stranse si complexe cu factorii geologici relatii ce se reflecta nemijlocit (alaturi

de numerosi agenti modelatori ai scoartei) in frumusetea, originalitatea si atractivitatea lui.

Istoria geologica a Muntilor Vrancei se implica prefacerilor multiple, petrecute in

decursul a peste 140 milioane de ani, cat inglobeaza timpul derulat de la finele mezozoicului

pana in prezent. Ea se leaga intim de evenimentele care au generat cutarea depozitelor

sedimentare acumulate in mediul marin, exondarea treptata a catenelor si constituirea lantului

carpatic. Intr-un cuvant, Muntii Vrancei sunt creatia orogenezei alpine, manifestata insa cu

intensitati temporale si spatiale diferite, punctate de faze de paroxism sau, dimpotriva, de

imobilitate relativa a scoartei. Considerate laolalta, formatiunile cretacice si paleogene din

alcatuirea Muntilor Vrancei se remarca prin eterogenitate petrografica, o mare diversitate de

structuri si o tectonica vie, actuala elemente reflectate din plin in aspectele generale sau de

detaliu ale reliefului. Substratul abunda in asa-zise faciesuri litologice, purtand amprenta rocilor

preponderente din alcatuirea depozitului geologic respectiv. Sub raport altimetric, Muntii

Vrancei au inaltimi mai mari de 1.100m, culminand la 1.785m in varful Goru. Nivelul

altitudinal mediu de 1.500m poate fi generalizat la intreaga suprafata, el ingloband marea

majoritate a liniilor orografice prelungi, numeroase culmi secundare si umerii detasati in partea

mijlocie a versantilor. Acest nivel este dominat de numeroase varfuri care se apropie sau

depasesc cu putin 1.600m, cele mai inalte (putine la numar) trecand de 1.700m in altitudine. Pe

langa Vf. Goru, alte exemple ni le ofera Vf. Lacauti (1.777 m), Vf. Arisoara (1.725 m) si Vf.

Giurgiu (1.721 m). Priviti in ansamblu, Muntii Vrancei sunt alcatuiti din doua flancuri montane,

cu orientari opuse si extindere diferita: unul rasaritean si altul apusean. Ele se imbina pe un

aliniament major ce se intinde intre Muntele Lepsa (1.390 m), la nord, si Culmea Pietrele Insirate

(1.476 m), la sud. La prima vedere, ansamblul morfografic al zonei montane sugereaza o imagine

haotica de culmi, masive si vai. In realitate, culmile Muntilor Vrancei, care formeaza structura

majora a reliefului, se dispun pe trei aliniamente principale, aproximativ paralele, cu orientare

generala nord-sud. Astfel, de la est la vest, se succed: creasta apuseana (cu trei culmi secundare

mai importante) are o altitudine medie absoluta de circa 1.550m, masoara aproape 50 km

lungime, este fragmentata de numeroase inseuari largi (exceptia apartine curmaturii Poarta

Vantului, 1.695m, de la nord de Lacauti), care se desfasoara pe urmatorul aliniament: Lepsa

(1.390 m) Musat (1.503 m) Stogu Mare (1.527 m) Baba (1544 m) Lujeru (1.517 m)

Neharna Mica (1.318m, marcand extremitatea sudica) etc.; creasta mediana (cu trei ramificatii

mai insemnate) se detaseaza la o distanta de 5-7 km est de precedenta, unica lor legatura

directa fiind efectuata prin saua Poienita (1.408 m) dintre Arisoaia si Culmea Paisele. Ea are o

altitudine medie absoluta de aproximativ 1.450m, masoara circa 40 km lungime si este

individualizata pe aliniamentul: Tisaru Mic (1.263 m)Tisaru Mare (1.285 m)Dealul Crucilor

(1.273 m) Culmea Laposu (de Sus, 1.455m si de Jos, 1.256m) etc. Aceasta creasta defineste

cumpana bazinelor individuale Putna, la nord-vest, Zabala, la vest si sud, Tisita si Naruja, la est

si bordura montana inchide la rasarit Muntii Vrancei, realizand legatura dintre terminatiile

celor doua ansambluri orohidrografice descrise anterior. Pe de alta parte, ea marcheaza categoric,

printr-un abrupt de pana la 300m inaltime, contactul cu Depresiunea subcarpatica a Vrancei.

Faptul ca aceasta bordura este strapunsa perpendicular de vaile Putna si Naruja permite

distingerea a trei segmente: de nord, central si de sud. Segmentul nordic, care se intinde intre

Muntele Zboina Neagra (1.350 m) si albia Putnei, este indicat de inaltimile Tiua Golasa (1.071

m) si varful Fantana lui Bucur (1.113 m), fiind fragmentat doar de pasul Soveja. Segmentul

central se evidentiaza intre Putna, la nord, si Naruja, la sud, fiind materializat prin Culmea

Muntisoarele (1.395 m in vf. Colocani) a carei creasta, dantelata de curmaturi si o suita de

varfuri conice, se face remarcata de la mari departari. La sud de strapungerea Narujei urmeaza

cel de-al treilea segment al bordurii montane. Acesta este format din Dealul Secaturii (1.075m

in vf. Tiganasu), pe cat de priporos in vecinatatea raului, pe atat de estompat, usor valurit si larg

in rest. Capatul sudic se racordeaza la Laposu de Jos (1.256m, terminatia sud-estica a crestei

mediane). Caracteristicile dominante ale climei Muntilor Vrancei sint determinate de pozitia

geografica in cuprinsul arcului carpatic si de etajarea reliefului, suferind mai mult influenta

penetrarii, la latitudini mai joase, a maselor de aer din nordul Europei. Desigur, ele sunt

subordonate climei temperat-continentale specifice Romaniei, cu remarcabile oscilatii sezoniere.

Temperatura aerului se manifesta in succesiunea anotimpurilor prin valori pozitive si negative

destul de diferite. Media anuala este cuprinsa intre 2-4C, pentru zona montana cea mai inalta, si

6-8C, corespunzatoare sectorului muntos mai coborat. Mediile lunii cele mai calde, iulie,

oscileaza intre 14-16C la periferia muntilor si 10-12C la altitudini mai mari de 1.500m. In luna

ianuarie, temperaturile medii coboara de la -2 pana la mai putin de -6C pe culmile cele mai

inalte. Precipitatiile cresc de la 600-800 mm pana la 1.200-1.400 mm, cele mai abundente

1840 i s-a format prin mutarea unor locuitori ai satului Nereju care i-au format noi gospodrii

pe terenuri cu posibiliti economice lrgite. Muntele i depresiunea formeaz mpreun bazinul

Putnei superioare. Acesta ngloba ape i pauni, iar vile erau ci de comunicaie ntre sate i

paunile alpine.

Ocupaiile oamenilor de aici erau creterea animalelor (oi n special), exploatarea i prelucrarea

lemnului i practicarea unei agriculturi restrnse. Se nvecineaz cu comuna Spulber i comuna

Nruja pe cursul rului Zbala.

I.8. Justificarea necesitatii proiectului

Se doreste infiintarea acestei pensiuni deoarece zona are un bogat potential si numarul

turistilor in zona este in continua crestere.

Ideea este fundamentata pe baza potentialului turistic crescut al zonei, potential ce poate

fi exploatat profitabil prin amenajarea unei structuri de cazare de tip pensiune turistica de 3 stele

dotata cu 12 camere cu o capacitate de 24 de locuri proiectata astfel : partier cu receptie si

restaurant , etajul 1 format din 7 camere duble cu o capacitate de 14 locuri , mansarda cu 5

camere duble cu o capacitate de 10 locuri si amenajarea unui traseu montan pentru practicarea

turismului de aventura.

Evolutia capacitatii de cazare si inoptarile in Judetul Vrancea

Activitatea proiectului este gandita sa indeplineasca toate obiectivele specifice a

Strategiei de Dezvoltare a Regiunii Centru de a exploata potenialul turistic al regiunii prin

punerea n valoare a obiectivelor existente, ridicarea la nivel competitiv a calitii serviciilor

prestate, dezvoltarea unor obiective turistice noi cu destinaii specifice cerinelor clientului

modern, care s creasca veniturile economice rezultate din activitatea turistic, numrul declieni

consumatori, mbuntindu-se astfel imaginea regiunii i crendu-se o identitate benefic

atragerii de investitori , dezvoltarea infrastructurii turistice cu caracter recreativ si punerea in

valoare a acesteia , de ea urmand sa beneficieze atat turistii cat si comunitatile locale , dar si

Crearea, mbuntirea i diversificareainfrastructurii i serviciilor turistice

Pensiuni turistica va fi dotata astfel:

A. Cladirea principala va cuprinde restaurantul si spatiile de cazare, acestea vor avea ungrad de comfort si calitate de 3 stele conform reglementarilor Agentiei Nationale a

Turismului si va fi dispusa astfel :

Parter (150 m2):

Birou receptie 10 m2 Restaurant de 3 stele cu bucatarie (40 m2) dotata complet, sala de mese (70 m2)

decorata in stil rustic.

Toaleta (10 m2) Zona de acces (20 m2)

Etajul 1 (150 m2) : va fi format din zona de acces ( 10 m2 ) si din 7 camere duble , cu

bai si toalete proprii , decorate in stil rustic , amenajate sa indeplineasca conditiile de clasificare

pentru 3 stele .

Mansarda (120 m2) : formata din zona de acces (20 m2) , 5 camere duble , cu bai si

toalete proprii , decorate in stil rustic , amenajate sa indeplineasca conditiile de clasificare pentru

3 stele.

B. Traseul montanC. Dotari tehnice pensiunea va fi dotata cu o centrala geotermala pentru racire/incalziresi cu panouri solare fotovoltaice ce vor scade costurile de intretinere cu pana la 50 % .

Obiectivele pe termen scurt

incadrara pensiunii intr-un tur turistic cunoscut, dar si mai putin cunoscut- acestaadresandu-se in primul rand turistilor dornici de adrenalina;

promovarea traditiilor si obiceiurilor locale. Prezentarea acestora va fi inclusa intr-unul din serviciile oferite de noi;

oferirea clientilor a celor mai bune conditii de cazare si o gama cat mai larga deactivitati turistice de aventura;

Obiective pe termen lung

castigarea a cator mai multi turisti dornici de aventura, si valorificarea intr-o masura catmai mare potentialul Romaniei pentru acest sport.

cresterea numarului de turisti printr-o puternica promovare a zonei prin intermediulagentiilor de turism precum si o oferta diversificata de servicii de calitate;

diversificarea ofertei de servicii prin valorificarea a cat mai multe obiective de interesturistic din apropiere;

dezvoltarea economica a zonei datorita crearii a noi locuri de munca dar si datoritaatragerii de fonduri banesti in aceasta zona.

Beneficiarii si grupul tinta

Beneficiari directi ai acestui proiect sunt atat turistii romani cat si cei din strainatate,

de toate categoriile de varsta, veniti cu familia sau in cercuri de prieteni,cu venituri peste medie

si care doresc sa se bucure de farmecul natural al acestei zone si de aventurile pe care le poate

oferi muntii Apuseni.

In urma realizarii acestui proiect se vor crea noi locuri de munca de care vor beneficia in

mod direct localnicii din zona.

Beneficiari indirecti ai acestui proiect sunt locuitorii satului care vor avea de castigat prin

dezvoltarea economica a zonei. Tot beneficiari indirecti ai acestui proiect sunt agentiile de turism

cu care vom colabora cat si furnizorii de materiale necesare amenajarii si dotarii pensiunii

turistice.

Datorita colaborarii cu agentiile de turism, atragerii turistilor straini si promovarii

Romaniei ca destinatie turistica statul roman va avea de castigat.

Grupul tinta al acestui proiect este reprezentat de turistii romani si straini, de toate

categoriile de varsta, dornici de aventura care doresc sa beneficieze de mediul natural foarte

diversificat.

II. Elaborarea planului de Implementare a Proiectului

2.1. Stabilirea jaloanelor si descrierea detaliata a activitatilor/subactivitatilor

proiectului

Pentru o buna desfasurare si control a implementarii proiectului vor fi stabilite jaloanele

astfel:

Pentru punerea in practica si realizarea jaloanelor se vor desfasura urmatoarele activitati:

Jalonul 1: Echipa management

Activitatea 1.1: Selectia managerului de proiect se va face cu ajutorul unei societatispecializate pe resurse umane unde se vor stabili calitatile, experienta si raspunderile

managerului de proiect.

Subactivitatea 1.1.1: Sustinerea interviului va consta in intervievarea candidatilor sialegerea celui mai potrivit pentru ocuparea functiei;

Subactivitatea 1.1.2: Angajarea managerului- se vor negocia beneficiile, salariul,responsabilitatile, bonusurile si se va semna contractul.

Activitatea 1.2: Selectia proiectantului presupune discutii cu diversi proiectanati cuexperienta in domeniul turistic in vederea alegerii celui mai potrivit.

Subactivitatea 1.2.1: Contractarea proiectantului- se vor expune responsabilitatilelegale, remuneratia si se va semna contractul.

Subactivitatea 1.2.2.: Finalizare proiect - se vor clarifica toate detalile privindarhitectura si solutiile tehnice privind proiectul.

Jalonul 2: Contractat Constructor

Activitatea 2.1: Crearea caietului de sarcini (aceasta activitate consta in creearea unuicaiet de sarcini care prevede toate detaliile tehnice privind constructia).

Subactivitatea 2.1.1: Verificarea conformitatii - se va verifica daca proiectulprin arhitectura sa intruneste toate normele de siguranta, comfort si calitate pentru

clasificarea la unitati de cazare cu un grad de comfort de 3 margarete.

Subactivitatea 2.1.2: Listarea caietului de sarcini dupa clarificarea si modificareaeventualelor discrepante.

Activitatea 2.2: Licitarea caietului de sarcini - se va expune caietul de sarcini si se valicita pentru desemnarea celui mai potrivit constructor.

Subactivitatea 2.2.1: Expunerea licitatiei se va face prin trimiterea unor invitatiide participare la licitatia proiectului a constructorilor .

Subactivitatea 2.2.2: Licitarea se va sustine si se vor studia ofertele Subactivitatea 2.2.3: Desemnarea constructorului - se va alege cea mai buna

oferta prezentata si se va incheia contractul cu constructorul.

Subactivitatea 3.1.2: Excavare spatiului (va fi excavat spatiul destinatconstructiei pana la o adancime de 8 m).

Activitatea 3.2: Constructie corp cladire (va fi construit corpul cladirii folosindu-sematerial prefabricat de tip BCA 7000, imbinarile vor fi facute cu ciment CR/3500, se va

instala izolatie termica din polistiren expandat cu o grsoime de 10 cm, finisajele vor fi

facute cu glet MC/330 .

Subactivitatea 3.2.2: Constructie parter (se construieste parterul cu o zonacentrala de acces de 20 m2, toaleta 10 m2, birou receptie 10 m2 bucatarie 40 m2 ,

sala de mese 70 m2).

suprafata de 140 m2 , acestea vor include toalete proprii).

Subactivitatea 3.2.4: Constructie mansarda (se construieste mansarda cu osuprafata de 120 m2 , formata din 5 camere cu o suprafata de 100 m2 si o zona de

acces de 20 m2).

Activitatea 3.3: Instalare utilitati (vor fi realizate instalatiile electrice, de apa/evacuare siinclazire).

Subactivitatea 3.3.1: Realizarea instalatiilor (va fi realizata instalatia electrica ,de apa si de evacuare, se va instala centrala geotermala GEO-MAX 1000 si

subansamblurile ei, se vor instala panourile fotovoltaice ECO-SUN 3000 cu o

putere de 3500 kwatt/h) .

Subactivitatea 3.3.2: Racordarea la utilitati (se va racorda cladirea la energieelectrica, apa curenta si reteaua de canalizare).

Subactivitatea 4.1.1: Dotare spatiu cazare (se vor dota toate camerele destinatecazarii cu pat dublu model King , dula , televizor, scaun , toaleta , dus , chiuveta ,

mocheta , mini-frigider, saltea, cearsafuri, etc.).

Subactivitatea 4.1.2: Dotare spatiu alimentatie (restaurantul va fi dotat cu 7mese rotunde de 4 persoane, 30 de scaune, fete de masa, utilaje bucatarie, vesela,

etc. ;

Subactivitatea 4.1.3: Dotare spatii recreere (gratar, foisor, sezlong, balansoar).

Activitatea 4.2: Decorarea pensiunii va fi facuta de o societate specializata indecorarea saptiilor de cazare de tip traditional, respectandu-se cerintele si dorintele

clientului.

Jalonul 5: Amenajarea traseului montan

Activitatea 5.1: Constructia traseului montan (se va alege si delimita traseul optimpentru drumetii).

Subactivitatea 5.1.1 Delimitarea traseului va fi facuta impreuna cu Ocolul Silvicsi Consiliul Local si va respecta toate normele de protectie ale mediului si ale

arealelor forestiere in vigoare.

Subactivitatea 5.1.2: Crearea traseului montan- obiectivele propuse sunt: Muzeul etnologic- situate in centrul comunei Paltin distanta de parcurs 10

minute

Cheile Zabalei- de o rara frumusete; Valea Tisitei - creasta semeata a Cozei - Lacauti. Rezervatia forestiera Lepsa-Zboina unde se intalneste Cascada Putna de o

frumusete si repeziciune uimitoare.

Rezervatia forestiera si geologica cheile Tisitei- o calatorie superba pemeleaguri de neuitat

Pastravaria Lepsa, n satul Lepsa unde te poti delecta cu un pastrav prajitcu mare maiestrie de bucatarii locului.

Subactivitatea 5.2.2: Constructie popasuri - vor fi amenajate un numar de 3popasuri aceste urmand a fi construite numai din piatra si lemn pentru o buna

integrare in peisaj, iar la capatul superior va fi amenajata o platforma panoramica

construita din lemn si piatra dotata cu 5 binocluri stationare de tip luneta.

Jalonul 6: Personalul pensiunii

Activitatea 6.1: Angajarea personalului - personalul va fi format din 2 receptoineri, 2chelnerite, 2 bucatari, 2 cameriste, managementul pensiunii va fi asigurat de titularii

proiectului Stoica Ioana Andra si Calacan Petruta Gabriela.

Subactivitatea 6.1.1: Recrutarea personalului va consta in sustinerea maimultor interviuri si alegerea persoanelor calificate pentru functiile respective.

Activitatea 6.2: Inceperea activitatii odata cu angajarea personalului.

Jalonul 7: Promovarea pensiunii

Activitatea 7.1: Inscrierea pensiunii in circuitul turistic consta prin inscrierea la birourilede promovare turistica si prin trimiterea de oferte catre agentiile de turism.

Subactivitatea 7.1.1: Promovarea prin agentii turism se va face prininsrcriereapensiunii in bazele de date ale marilor agentii de turism din tara si se vor realiza

oferte promotionale pentru a le fi distribuiteacestora.

Subactivitatea 7.1.2: Promovare prin realizarea de pliante si flayer-epromotionale.

2.2. Durata activitatilor/subactivitatilor si planificarea calendaristica a proiectului

Durata de implementare a proiectului este de 18 luni:

Prin aprobarea finantarii cerute prin proiect se vor putea demara activitatile proiectului

incepand cu data de 01.11.2011, acestea fiind structurat astfel:

Activitatea 1.1. : Selectia managerului de proiect va incepe pe data de 01.11.2011 si vaavea o durata de desfasurare de 30 de zile.

Subactivitatea 1.1.1: Sustinerea interviului va incepe pe data de 01.11.2011si va avea o durata de 30 zile.

Subactivitatea 1.1.2: Angajarea managerului va incepe pe data de 01.12.2011si va avea o durata de 2 zile.

Activitatea 1.2: Selectia proiectantului va incepe pe data de 03.12.2011 si va avea odurata de 80 de zile.

Subactivitatea 1.2.1: Contractarea proiectantului va incepe pe data de04.12.2011 si va avea o durata de 10 zile.

Subactivitatea 1.2.2: Finalizare proiect va incepe pe data de 15.12.2011 si vaavea o durata de 70 de zile, aceasta se afla in legatura cu activitatea anterioara

deoarece proiectantul este responsabil cu finalizarea proiectului.

Activitatea 2.1: Crearea caietului de sarcini va incepe pe data de 01.03.2012 si va aveao durata de 15 de zile, aceasta se afla in legatura cu activitatea anterioara deoarece proiectantul

este responsabil cu realizarea caietului de sarcini.

Subactivitatea 2.1.1: Verificarea conformitatii va incepe pe data de 01.03.2012 siva avea o durata de 5 zile, este dependenta de subactivitatea Finalizare proiect.

Subactivitatea 2.1.2: Listarea caietului de sarcini va incepe pe data de06.03.2012 si va avea o durata de 10 zile, este dependent de subactivitatea

Verificarea conformitatii.

Activitatea 2.2: Licitarea caietului de sarcini va incepe pe data de 16.03.2012 si va aveao durata de 20 de zile, este dependent de activitatea Creare caiet de sarcini .

Subactivitatea 2.2.1: Expunerea Licitatiei va incepe pe data de 16.03.2012 siva avea o durata de 9 zile.

Subactivitatea 4.1.1: Dotare spatiu cazare incepe pe data de 03.01.2013 si vaavea o durata de 10 zile.

Subactivitatea 4.1.2: Dotare spatiu alimentatie va incepe pe data de 14.01.2013si va dura 10 zile, depinde de finalizarea subactivitatii dotare spatii cazare.

Subactivitatea 4.1.3: Dotare spatii recreere va incepe pe data de 25.01.2013 si vadura 10 zile.

Activitatea 4.2: Decorarea pensiunii va incepe pe data de 03.01.2013 si va dura 30 dezile, depinde de finalizarea activitatii constructie corp cladire .

Activitatea 5.1:Constructia traseului va incepe la data de 01.07.2012 si va avea o duratade 30 de zile, depinde de subactivitatea desemnarea constructorului.

2.4 Echipa de management si echipa de implementare a proiectului

Echipa de implementare aproiectului este alctuit din 5 membri si anume: titularul

proiectului, manager proiect, responsabil tehnic, proiectant si constructor.

Titularul de proiect este in acelasi timp si beneficiarul proiectului SC Magic TurtleSRL
