The methods for controlling and adjusting the new electronic components make it possible to install lighting systems in a much more rational way, befitting the real needs of future users (houses, shops, offices...). This is the premise that guided EUNEA MERLIN GERIN when designing the new generation of dimmers. This generation allows users to control and adjust different types of incandescent and halogen

lamps (resistive or inductive) ranging from 60 VA to 1.000 VA of power.Lights can be controlled in numerous ways, via the IR system or by manual control. In this case rotary dimmers, push-buttons, sensors or remote auxiliary devices are used to adjust lighting level.

One of the most outstanding advantages of the dimmers is the wide variety of models on offer, all of them perfectly tuned into the aesthetic of the SM range, likewise memorising the last light level. Their ease of installation is no less impressive, as they can easily replace existing conventional one-way switches.

The EUNEA MERLIN GERIN Light Control concept provides the following possibilities:

c 1. I-R SYSTEM dimmers, including those adapted to the aesthetic of the SM-180 and SM-200 ranges, and modular dimmers for false-ceiling installation.

c 2. ROTARY dimmers, classic models providing a whole range of possibilities, from the most economical version (400 VA) to control at 1.000 VA.
