    1.1. PREZENTARE GENERAL

    Catalogul cu puni termice specifice cldirilor cuprinde valori precalculate pentru coeficienii liniari de transfer termic i temperaturile superficiale minime si,min sau factorii de temperatur f2DRsi necesari proiectrii higrotermice a cldirilor rezideniale i nerezideniale noi sau a celor existente care urmeaz a fi modernizate din punct de vedere termic i energetic. Se refer la categoriile de cldiri definite de Legea nr.372/2005 privind performana energetic a cldirilor, cu modificrile ulterioare.

    Catalogul reprezint un instrument operativ de calcul al rezistenelor termice corectate R ale elementelor de anvelop ale cldirilor, innd cont de efectul punilor termice aferente suprafeelor de transfer termic considerate.

    Puntea termic liniar poate fi reprezentat prin seciunea sa transversal, care poate fi descris complet i corect cu un model geometric bidimensional. Se trateaz punile termice liniare dintre dou sau trei medii termice diferite. O a treia temperatur pe contur intervine, doar n cazul n care puntea termic este n contact termic cu subsolul sau podul nenclzit.

    Sunt prevzute detalii cu diverse tipuri de tmplrii (ca material i alctuiri), montate n poziii diferite n grosimea pereilor.

    Sunt incluse i detalii de mbinare ale pereilor exteriori cu planeul de teras sau pod nenclzit.

    Catalogul de detalii este alctuit din fie complete care conin o parte grafic i tabele. Partea grafic include detaliul de execuie de principiu (cu explicaii i cote specifice) i o reprezentare color a cmpurilor de temperatur, suprapus pe desenul de detaliu. Valorile sunt reprezentate att tabelar ct i grafic.

    Lucrarea se adreseaz proiectanilor, verificatorilor de proiecte, auditorilor energetici, experilor tehnici de specialitate atestai i altor categorii de specialiti din domeniu. Este un instrument eficient - prin care se evit posibiliti de interpretare diferit sau evaluri deficitare n procesul de evaluare a performanei energetice a elementelor de anvelop ale cldirilor.

    n cazul modernizrii energetice a cldirilor, o atenie special trebuie acordat problematicii evitrii apariiei mucegaiului. Datorit schimbrii obiceiurilor de ntreinere i ventilare, n ultimii ani s-a constatat o cretere a daunelor produse n cadrul construciilor. Catalogul de puni termice poate fi utilizat i pentru evitarea pericolului de condens superficial.

    Temperaturile sczute pe suprafaa interioar a pereilor conduc frecvent la dezvoltarea mucegaiului, un fenomen vizibil cu ochiul liber i neplcut.

    Formarea mucegaiului pe suprafeele interioare ale cldirilor se ntlnete n special la elementele constructive exterioare, care au temperaturi joase pe suprafaa interioar. Trebuie subliniat c umiditatea relativ a aerului interior i necesar prevenirii formrii condensului (exprimat prin formula de mai jos) nu este aceeai pentru prevenirea formrii mucegaiului. Formarea mucegaiului are loc naintea apariiei condensului, datorit porozitii celor mai multe materiale de construcie (n realitate, n cazul acestor materiale de construcie practic nu se mai

    ajunge la apariia condensului, deoarece o mare cantitate de ap este transportat prin capilaritate). Pentru prevenirea formrii mucegaiului, se utilizeaz formula:

    Pentru funciunea de locuire, valoarea limit a factorului de temperatur f este de 0,78, pentru care se consider c nu exist pericol de apariie a mucegaiului. Valorile limit care stau la baza acestor estimri sunt urmtoarele:

    - temperatura interioar de calcul: 20oC - temperatura exterioar de calcul: 15oC - umiditatea relativ interioar: 60% - rezistena termic superficial interioar: 0,25 - rezistena termic superficial exterioar: 0,04

    Exist cteva soluii simple, prin care se poate reduce riscul dezvoltrii mucegaiului:

    - controlul i o eventual reducere, cnd este cazul, a umiditii relative interioare - adaptarea la necesarul de ventilare - atenie la poziionarea mobilierului - folosirea materialelor adecvate pentru finisaje - ntreinere adecvat, inclusiv tratare preventiv a zonelor cu risc

    Tabelele cu valori sunt nsoite, fie de valori minime ale temperaturii superficiale, si min, pe suprafaa interioar a elementului de construcie, fie de valoarea factorului de temperatur pe suprafaa interioar, f0,25 sau f0,33.

    Ambele valori sunt utile pentru verificarea condiiei de risc de condens superficial, care poate fi exprimat n dou moduri echivalente. Astfel se apreciaz c nu exist risc de condens superficial dac:

    - si min r; sau dac:

    - fRsi < fRsi, critic

    Valorile temperaturii punctului de rou, r, sunt stabilite n funcie de valorile temperaturilor interioare de calcul i i ale umiditilor relative ale aerului interior i, conform reglementrilor tehnice aplicabile.

    Factorul de temperatur pe suprafaa interioar, fRsi, este definit ca diferena dintre temperatura pe suprafaa interioar si, calculat cu o rezisten superficial Rsi i temperatura aerului exterior e, raportat la diferena dintre temperatura aerului interior i i temperatura aerului exterior e, i este exprimat prin relaia :

    Acest parametru, care poate fi definit i ca un indicator al nivelului de izolare termic, poate fi calculat n orice punct al anvelopei, inclusiv n zona de rezisten termic minim din dreptul punii termice. In aceste condiii, fiecare tip de punte poate fi caracterizat prin valoarea coeficientului i a factorului de temperatur, fRsi. Apare problema valorilor critice fRsi,crit ale factorilor de temperatur, respectiv ale valorilor sub care este posibil apariia condensului. Aceste valori depind de parametrii caracteristici ai mediului interior, dar i de condiiile de climat exterior; ca urmare, sunt diferite de la o ar la alta, de la o regiune la alta.

    Pentru condiii specifice Romniei, valorile critice ale coeficientului temperaturii superficiale fRsi,crit sunt prezentate n fig. 1, iar umiditatea relativ maxim a aerului interior i la care apare riscul de condens funcie de valoarea factorului de temperatur superficial fRsi i temperatura aerului exterior e, n tabelul 1. Temperatura aerului interior a fost considerat i=20 C.

    ntre cele dou moduri de apreciere a riscului de condens superficial i al mucegaiului exist o relaie direct, echivalena dintre ele fiind prezentat n cele ce urmeaz:

    a) Cazul cunoaterii valorii si min Valoarea si min de catalog corespunde cuplului de temperaturi: i = +20 oC i e = -15 oC. Pentru alte valori dect cele menionate, adic pentru i i e, se va determina si min cu expresia de mai jos:

    Urmeaz ca si min s se compare cu r,valoare asociat parametrilor climatici i i i.

    b) Cazul cunoaterii factorului de temperatur de proiectare pe suprafaa interioar, fRsi min, adic a factorului de temperatur minim acceptabil pe suprafaa interioar.

    fRsi min = (si min e) / (i e),

    Valoarea Rsi a rezistenei termice superficiale interioare, cu care se determin factorul f0,25, este 0,25 m2K/W, ceea ce corespunde coeficientului hi = 4 W/(m2K). Se poate determina, pentru anumite cazuri specifice, i f0,33 pentru care hi = 3 W/(m2K).

    Se menioneaz c valoarea factorului liniar de temperatur f nu depinde de valorile i i e cu care se lucreaz pentru determinarea cmpului de temperaturi. Se poate aprecia c f este un parametru care caracterizeaz detaliul analizat, sub aspectul riscului de condens superficial.

    Pentru cuplul de temperaturi {i ,e} dorit, din expresia lui fRsi min se poate determina valoarea temperaturii interioare superficiale minime: si min.

    Valoarea astfel obinut pentru si min se compar cu temperatura punctului de rou r sau, n cazul pstrrii temperaturii aerului interior de 20 oC, cu ajutorul tabelului 1. Pentru o valoare i impus i pentru diferite valori ale temperaturii aerului exterior e, se poate afla care este valoarea fRsi min, astfel nct s nu existe risc de condens superficial. De exemplu, pentru e = - 15 oC i i = 60%, din tabelul 1 rezult c trebuie ca fRsi 0,78 pentru evitarea riscului de condens superficial.

    1.2. TABELE DE SINTEZ PENTRU PUNILE TERMICE

    Tabelele cu valori ale coeficienilor liniari de transfer termic (transmitanelor termice liniare) - , sunt rezultatul unui calcul complex utiliznd mai multe produse software.

    Pe baza valorilor U determinate prin calculul de transfer termic se determin valorile , prin relaia:

    n toate cazurile s-a urmrit o sistematizare a cazurilor curente ntlnite, dar i o prezentare unitar n funcie de numai 2 elemente variabile n fiecare tabel.

    n general, elementele variabile sunt dimensiunea (grosimea) elementului de construcie (introdus pe axa orizontal, fiind reprezentat pe abscisa graficelor) i coeficientul de conductivitate al materialului (), introdus pe direcie orizontal, reprezentat n grafice prin curbe distincte. Coeficientul se citete pe axa vertical ordonata graficelor. Reprezentrile grafice ale valorilor i ale temperaturilor superficiale interioare minime sunt un element de noutate pentru reglementrile romneti i urmresc s indice tendina de variaie pentru valorile i si min, pentru a facilita determinarea prin interpolare a valorilor pentru cazurile neincluse n tabelele precalculate.

    n tabele se utilizeaz urmtoarele notaii pentru temperaturile de calcul convenionale:

    ti [i]- temperatura interioar a ncperilor nclzite;

    te[e]- temperatura exterioar pentru perioada de iarn, conform hrii de zonare climatic a teritoriului Romniei;

    tu[u]- temperatura interioar a spaiilor nenclzite;

    Tsi min [ si min] temperatura pe suprafaa interioar a elementelor de construcie, valoare minim.

    Observaii:

    Valorile coeficienilor liniari de transfer termic (transmitanelor termice liniare) nu sunt influenai de temperaturile considerate pentru ti [i] i te[e].

    Pentru determinarea valorilor temperaturilor minime pe suprafaa interioar,Tsi min[si min], au fost considerate valorile ti = 20 oC i te = - 15 oC. Pentru alte valori ale temperaturilor ti[i] i te[e], valoarea corespunztoare Tsi min [si min] se recalculeaz utiliznd relaia prevzut la capitolul 1 lit. a).
