Conclusions

• Riscul dezvoltării unor malocluzii în denti ia permanentă este mai mare la țfete decât la băie i, în acest sens pledând lipsa tremelor i a diastemelor, ț șprecum si incidenţa mai mare a înghesuirilor dentare.

• Inciden a crescută a overjet-ului i a planului postlacteal în treaptă ț șdistalizată pledează pentru prevalen a malocluziilor de clasa II/1 Angle țodată cu înaintarea în vârstă la băie i. ț

• Inciden a crescută a overbite-ului i a înghesuirilor dentare pledează ț șpentru prevalen a malocluziilor de clasa II/2 Angle la fete.ț

• Inciden a scăzută a ocluziei încruci ate i a ocluziei deschise se datorează ț ș șprevalenţei scăzute a obiceiurilor vicioase de sugere a degetului la copiii examina i.ț

• Rezultatele studiului evidenţiază importanţa examinărilor ortodontice timpurii la copii şi monitorizării grupelor de risc în vederea instituirii unui tratament interceptiv optim.
