Dar cum am putea defini sublimulîn aceast` lume “relativ`”?Sau întrebarea corect` ar fi: percepem fiecare dintre noi frumuse]ea la fel? Inspirat [i c`l`uzit de aceste întreb`ri,dar mai ales de o dorin]` arz`toare care mi-a animat sufletul, am creat un concept unde fiecare element exprim`, în percep]ia mea, FRUMUSE}EA. Îmi doresc s` împ`rt`[esc aceast` c`l`torie în universul sim]urilor cu fiecare persoan` care descoper` noul concept. V` mul]umesc pentru c` ne sunte]i al`turi de atâ]ia ani [i v` invit s` v` bucura]i de spiritul Boutique Restaurant Chocolat Créateur de Goût.

Is it beauty that seduces us the most? I would incline to say yes! But how can we define the sublime in this “relative” world? Or, the right question should be: do we all perceive beautyin the same way?Inspired and guided by these questions, and especially by a strong wish that animates my soul, I created a concept where every piece reflects, in my opinion, BEAUTY. I would like to share this journey through the universe of sensations with every single person who discovers the new concept. Pentru c` aici am g`sit: frumuse]e – ca tr`s`tur` definitorie a întregului concept; creativitate – ca stare de spirit; profesionalism – ca mod de exprimare; sobrietate – dar [i o atmosfer` cald`; seriozitate – ca mediu de lucru;calitate – ca obiectiv suprem al întregii activit`]i.

{i nu în ultimul rând, aici am g`sit un profesionist adev`rat, un spirit creator, un prieten, un OM: Tudor Constantinescu.

I returned to my homeland after 10 years of cooking experience in European gastronomic restaurants. I chose without reserves/reservations: Chocolat Créateur de Goût. Why? Because here is where I found: beauty - as a defining feature of the whole concept; creativity - as a state of mind; professionalism - as a way of expression; sobriety - but also a warm atmosphere; earnestness - as a work environment; quality - as a supreme objective of the whole activity.

And last, but not least, here I found a true professional, a creative spirit, a friend, a MAN: Tudor Constantinescu.

Am mai avut o colaborare frumoas` [i „dulce” anul trecut, la deschiderea unui alt Boutique Restaurant Chocolat Créateur de Goût. Daca asociezi doar 3 termeni, ca atmosfer`, dulce, zbor, atunci putemvorbi despre o colec]ie.C`t`lin Botezatu este un nume care inspir` design la cele mai înalte standarde. Ce te-a convins s` alegi Chocolat pentru a crea noile uniforme? Laurent Tourette este cheia acestei colabor`ri, el este un bun prieten al acestui restaurant [i este [i unul dintre cei mai buni prieteni ai mei. Cu el [i cu Mirela Vescan am devenit clien]i permanen]i Boutique Restaurant Chocolat Créateur de Goût [i, cum noi nu st`m niciodat` degeaba, a ap`rut [i ideea unei colabor`ri.Cum ]i se pare ideea de a îmbina fashion-ul într-un concept unic de restaurant? How did you manage to mix the refinement of your collection with the refinement of the new concept of Boutique Restaurant Chocolat Créateur de Goût?That was easy for me, I’m a faithful customer of Chocolat Créateur de Goût, I was familiarized with everything this place of business means. I had a beautiful and “sweet” collaboration last year, at the opening of another Chocolat. If you put together three terms like atmosphere, sweet, flight we can talk about a collection.Ca`ta`lin Botezatu is a name that inspires design at the highest standards. What convinced you to choose Choco- lat to create the new uniforms? Laurent Tourette is the key of this collaboration; he is a good friend of this restaurant and also one of my best friends. With him and Mirela Vescan, we became permanent clients of Chocolat Créateur de Goût and because we never waste time, the idea of collaboration appeared.What is your take on mixing fashion in a unique restaurant concept? I’m not the first one to do this; there are big names in fashion design in other places of the world that have created personalized uniforms. To me this is a concept that transmits good sense and responsibility for the comfortof the client.

Conceptul Boutique Restaurant Chocolat Créateur de Goût aduce în prim-plan arta degust`rii, aceast` voluptate gurmand` atât de rar întâlnit`. Salut faptul c` toate aceste amestecuri savante de gusturi sunt acum accesibile tuturor. Clientela Chocolat Boutique Restaurant se formeaz` de la sine, preparatele de aici sunt „pour les connaisseurs”.Ce anume v-a surprins cel mai pl`cut în colec]iile Chocolat, transformându-v` în client fidel? The Chocolate Boutique Restaurant clientela forms by itself, the offer here is ‘pour les connaisseurs’.What did you find to be a pleasant surprise in the Chocolat collections, that made you a regular customer here? I always feel like home when I choose a macaron framboise, an éclair or a crème brûlée, which is so addictive. I like to hide, at evenings, in the warm atmosphere of this chocolaterie, to listen to some toned-down music, to sip from a cup of perfumed tea and indulge myself at the counter, to choose something small but good, everyday something else
