Capitolul 2Parametrii de calcul ai aerului exterior si interiorConfortul termic al unei incaperi este conditionat direct de catre parametrii climatici interiori. Scopul instalatiilor de ventilare si climatizare este de a asigura valorile parametrilor climatici cerute de catre beneficiari. Astfel, parametrii care vor fi reglati cu ajutorul instalatiilor de climatizare si ventilare sunt: temperatura interioara, umiditatea relativa si viteza curentilor de aer.2.1.Parametrii aerului exterior varaIn functie de localitate, avem pentru orasul Bucuresti: [C]em temperatura exterioar medie a lunii iulie, corespunztoare localitii n care este amplasat cldirea i gradului de asigurareAz amplitudinea oscilaiei zilnice a temperaturii exterioare[C] -temperatura exterioara de calcul vara (cf I5) -umiditarea relativa exterioara de calcul vara -continutul de vapori de apa al aerului umed exterior vara
In functie de si se citesc din diagrama h-x valorile pentru si : [%]-continutul de vapori de apa al aerului umed exterior vara [kJ/kg aer uscat]-entalpia aerului umed exterior varaIntensitatea radiaiei solare
Intensitatea radiaiei solare are o influen deosebit asupra aporturilor de cldur din exterior.
Valorile intensitii solare directe ID, difuze Id i globale I, se gsesc n tabelul de mai jos

Viteza vntuluiViteza vntului intereseaz pentru stabilirea poziiei relative dintre priza de aer proaspt i coul de evacuare n exterior a aerului viciat sau pentru amplasarea n zon a obiectivelor cu degajri mai importante de nociviti.Viteza vntului influeneaz schimbul de cldur convectiv cu exteriorul .
2.2.Parametrii aerului interior vara [C] [C] -temperatura interioara de calcul vara [C] -umiditatea relativa a aerului interior [C]
Din diagrama - se citeste valoarea lui dupa formula: si se rotunjeste: 50 [%]Din diagrama h-x se citesc in functie de si valorile pentru: [kJ/kg aer uscat]-entalpia aerului umed interior vara [g/kg aer uscat]-continutul de vapori de apa al aerului umed interior varaUmiditatea relativ a aerului servete, mpreun cu temperatura aerului interior la reprezentarea punctului de stare al aerului interior i are o influen deosebit asupra cofortului. Se mai pot calcula aporturile de cldur i degajrile de la unele surse interioare, se traseaz procesul complex de tratare i se dimensioneaz elementele agregatului de climatizare.
Viteza aerului interior, vi Viteza de micare a aerului interior accept valori care n corelaie cu temperatura aerului interior i starea de effort fizic elimin senzaia de curent constituind ipoteza principal pentru stabilirea vitezei n dispozitivele de introducere a aerului, deci implicit a determinrii suprafeelor lor.Pentru instalaiile de confort viteza aerului interior este cuprins ntre limitele:vi=0,20,3 m/svi=0,25 m/s
Temperatura medie de radiaie a suprafeelor delimitatoare, m
Este strns legat de gradul de vitrare i de izolare termic a elementelor de delimitare la exterior. O valoare mai apropiat de temperatura aerului interior, posibil prin reducerea gradului de vitrare la strictul necesar i o izolare termic ct mai bun duce la micorarea debitului de aer necesar pentru ventilare, deci la reducerea cheltuielilor de investiie i exploatare.
2.3.Parametrii aerului exterior iarnaDeoarece orasul Bucuresti se gaseste in zona climatica II , temperatura exterioara de calcul si continutul de vapori de apa al aerului umed vor avea valorile:

Din diagrama h-x se citesc in functie de si valorile pentru: [kJ/kg aer uscat]-entalpia aerului umed exterior iarna80 [%]-umiditarea relativa exterioara de calcul iarna
VntulVntul prezint o importan deosebit iarna. Viteza acestuia influieneaz direct necesarul de cldur pentru nclzirea aerului infiltrat, lundu-se n calcul conform STAS 1907-90 i la coeficientul superficial de schimb de cldur la exterior: e=23W/m2K.2.4.Parametrii aerului interior iarnaPentru valoarea temperaturii interioare iarna, se alege o valoare in intervalul:[C] Deoarece este vorba de o cladire de birouri, valoarea temperaturii interioare se alege de: [C] Umiditatea relativa a aerului umed este :50 [%] Din diagrama h-x , in functie de si se citesc valorile pentru: [kJ/kg aer uscat]-entalpia aerului umed interior iarna [g/kg aer uscat]-continutul de vapori de apa al aerului umed interior iarna

Capitolul 3Determinarea necesarului de caldura de calcul pentru incaperile incalziteConform STAS 1907 se va realiza calculul necesarului de caldura pentru fiecare incapere utilizand formula: [W] -necesarul de caldura al incaperii T fluxul termic cedat prin transmisie corespunzator diferentei de temperatura dintre interiorul si exteriorul elementelor care delimiteaza incaperea i sarcina termica pentru incalzirea aerului rece patruns in interiorA- suma adaosurilorDeoarece aerul introdus in cladire va fi tratat in centrala de tratare a aerului, se va considera valoarea sarcinii termice pentru incalzirea aerului rece patruns in interior egala cu 0.[W]4.1.Fluxul termic cedat prin transmisie TFluxul termic cedat prin transmisie reprezinta suma pierderilor de caldura care au loc atat prin elementele de constructie care sunt in contact cu aerul pe ambele fete, cat si prin sol. CAPITOLUL 4CALCULUL BILANULUI TERMIC DE VAR
Instalaia de climatizare este conceput pentru a menine n interior o anumit temperatur i umiditate relativ constant.Pentru aceasta este nevoie s se determine sarcina termic i de umiditate vara.Sarcina termic de var,denumit i sarcina de rcire,reprezint fluxul maxim de cldur ce trebuie evacuat din ncpere.Ca rezultat al acestui bilan, rezult sarcina termic de var, care n modul cel mai general se poate scrie astfel :QV=Qap+QdegQap= reprezint aporturile de cldur din exterior prin elementele ineriale, vitrate i de la ncperile vecine,n W;Qdeg= reprezint degajrile de cldur de la sursele interioare (oameni,iluminat),n W;Qap= QFE+QPE+Qi [W] QFE= reprezint fluxul termic ptruns din exterior prin elementele neineriale(ferestre),n W;QPE= reprezint fluxul termic ptruns din exterior prin elementele ineriale(perei,acoperiuri),n W;Qi= reprezint fluxul termic ptruns prin elementele de delimitare interioar de la ncperile vecine,n W.
3.1 Aporturi de cldur din exterior i de la ncperile vecine3.1.1. Aporturi de cldur prin ferestre :Pentru calculul fluxului termic ptruns prin ferestrele ncperii se precizeaz: -dimensiunile ferestrei: 1.94x2.67; 2.55x2.68; 2.47x2.70; 2.59x2.70; 2.59x2.70; 2.20x2.685; 2.43x2.685; 1.84x2.685; 2.50x2.28; 6.50x2.28; 3.80x2.28; 2.70x2.28; 3.80x2.28; 2.60x2.28; 5.30x2.28 [m]; -tipul ferestrei: fereastr dubl cu ram cu un geam termoizolant i un geam obinuit la o distan de 2-4 cm;:coeficient m pentru ferestre protejate la interior -pereti cortina- coeficient m pentru ferestre neprotejate sau protejate la exterior Fluxul termic se calculeaz cu relaia:QFE= QI+QT [W] QI= ct*f*m*(c p*Si*ID+S*Idmax) [W] QT= SSF*kFE*(te-ti) [W] Unde :QI= este fluxul termic cauzat de radiaia direct i difuz,n W;QT= fluxul termic datorat diferenei de temperatur dintre exterior i interior,n W;ct= coeficient functie de tipul tamplariei (pentru ferestre cu rama de aluminiu), ct=1.15f= factor solar, depinde de calitatea geamului si a ecranarii ferestrei;Pentru ferestre: f= 0.35Pentru pereti cortina f=0.58m= coeficient de acumulare termica, care depinde de tipul elementului de modul de ecranare al ferestrei, de orientare, de ora de calcul si masivitatea elementului de constructie. Coeficientul mediu de asimilare termica al cladirii are in cazul de fata valoarea cuprinsa in intervalul 4,5-10,5 [W/m2K]

ANEXA PT PCcp =0,94 pentru climat impur-coeficient de puritateSi= suprafaa nsorit a ferestrei, care se calculeaz cu relaia:Si=(H-hu)*(B-bu) [m2]B,H= limea respectiv nlimea ferestrei, n [m]bu,hu= limea respectiv nlimea umbrei n planul ferestrei,n [m]:bu=c1* 1 [m]hu=c2* 2[m]1, 2= retragerile ferestrelor in raport cu planul fatadei;c1,c2= coeficienti de umbrire pentru detereminarea suprafetelor, functie de orientarea ferestrei ANEXAS= suprafaa total a ferestrei,n [m2];Uf= coeficient global de transfer de caldura al ferestrei, functie de coeficentul de emisie e( 60% x puterea totala instalata12 16 -> 40% x puterea totala instalata16 18 -> 60% x puterea totala instalata18 20 -> 80% x puterea totala instalata

Capitolul 5Calculul sarcinii termice de varaIn urma calculelor, se stabileste sarcina termica de vara pentru fiecare birou. Astfel, sarcina termica de vara, Qv, se va calcula cu formula:Qv=Q ap+ Q deg [KW]Qap- reprezinta suma aporturilor de caldura calculate conform metodoligiei;Q deg-reprezinta suma degajarilor de caldura de la sursele interioare calculate conform metodologiei.Degajarile de caldura de la sursele interioare se vor lua in considerare in conformitate cu orarul de functionare al incaperii. In cazul nostru, avand o cladire cu mai multe incaperi climatizate, sarcina termica de vara a cladirii se se va determina prin insumarea orara a sarcinilor termice rezultate a incaperilor, sarcina de racire a cladirii fiind valoarea maxima rezultata.

Cladirea de birouri va fi defalcata in doua parti. Pe fiecare parte va fi determinat debitul de aer proaspat, astfel incat se vor alege centralele de tratare a aerului cu debitul necesar de introducere reprezentand suma debitelor pe birourile aferente fiecari parti ale cladirii.
Capitolul 9Alegerea agregatelor de tratare a aeruluiCentralele de tratare a aerului se amplaseaza astfel incat sa fie cat mai aproape de incaperea sau incaperile deservite, pentru a avea pierderi pe traseu cat mai mici. De asemenea centralele se amplaseaza astfel incat zgomotul produs de aceasteaa sa nu produca disconfort.Agregatele de tratare a aerului se aleg pe baza proceselor trasate in diagrama h-x. Pentru tratarea aerului s-au ales 2 agregate prevazute cu camere de amestec si care functioneaza in solutia aer-aer si care functioneaza cu 100% aer proaspat. Centrala (1) de tratare a aerului in solutia numai aer, model 1 AHU IV PRODUKT Flexomix vehiculeaza un debit de aer proaspat de 5600 mc/h si prezinta urmatoarele componente: ventilator, recuperator in placi, filtru de praf, baterie de racire, baterie de incalzire camera de umidificare izoterma, ventilator.Centrala (2) de tratare a aerului in solutia numai aer model 1 AHU IV PRODUKT Flexomix vehiculeaza un debit de aer proaspat de 6200 mc/h si prezinta urmatoarele componente: ventilator, camera de amestec ( recuperator de caldura), baterie de incalzire filtru de praf, baterie de racire, baterie de incalzire, camera de umidificare izoterma, ventilator.Centralele vor fi amplasate la parterul cladirii, neavand un nivel de zgomot mare.Fisele tehnice ale centralelor se vor gasi in anexa.
Capitolul 10Alegerea gurilor de aspiratie/introducere/transfer si a ventiloconvectoarelorGurile de introducere si de aspiratie se vor amplasa in plafonul fals, fiind conectate la instalatia de aer prin intermediul plenumurilor.10.1. Alegerea gurilor de introducerePentru determinarea numarului de guri de introducere se va tine cont de debitul de refulare pe anemostat (aprox 100 m3/h) si se va urmari ca bataia jetului sa asigure o viteza a aerului in planul de lucru de maxim 0,2 m/s. In functie de necesarul de aer vehiculat in fiecare incapere, s-au ales anemostatele de la FRANCE AIR model DAU03, racordate cu plenum model PFU 41+ AC( plenum cu racord axial). Fisele tehnice ale anemostatelor de refulare se gasesc in anexa.10.2. Alegerea gurilor de aspiratieGurile de aspiratie se vor alege intr-un numar mai mic decat cel al gurilor de introducere deoarece debitul evacuat reprezinta 90% din debitul total introdus . Pentru a evita scurtcircuitarea intre gurile de introducere si cele de evacuare, fapt ce ar duce la neventilarea incaperii respective, gurile de aspiratie nu se vor amplasa pe aceeeasi axa cu gurile de introducere. Am ales guri de aspiratie din catalogul Lindab, model LKA+MBA (plenum de racordare). Am ales modelul de guri de aspiratie in functie de debitul necesar de aspirat din fiecare birou, atfel incat nivelul de zgomot sa nu depaseasca 34 db si pierderea de presiune sa nu depaseasca 40 de PA. Am amplasat gurile de aspiratie in vecinatatea usilor. Fisele tehnice ale gurilor de aspiratie se gasesc in anexa.
10.3. Alegerea gurilor de transferGurile de transfer se aleg astfel incat sa asigure evacuarea restului de 10% din debitul de aer proaspat din fiecare birou. Gurile de transfer se amplaseaza deasupra usilor dintre coridorul de trecere si birouri. Am ales guri de transfer din catalogul France Air, modelul GAV 91, in functie de debitul de aer ce trebuie transferat. Fisa tehnica a gurilor de gasesc in anexa.

10.4. Alegerea ventiloconvectoarelorPentru zona de birouri sistemul ales este un sistem cu ventiloconvectoare cu 4 conducte (tur-retur apa rece, tur-retur apa calda), ceea ce permite o mare flexibilitate in functionare deoarece fiecare ventiloconvector functioneaza independent. Circuitele de apa calda si de apa racita sunt separate. Am ales ventiloconvectoare de pardoseala tip Hegoa Silence, din catalogul France Air, in functie de sarcina termica de vara Qv corespunzatoare fiecarui birou. Valoarea sarcinii termice de vara se va imparti la un coeficient de corectie de 0.84, corespunzator fiecarui tip de VCV. Vom dimensiona numai instalatia de apa racita a ventiloconvectoarelor. Capitolul 11Dimensionarea geometrica a conductelor de aer de introducere si aspiratieTubulatura de aer folosita este circulara rigida, din otel zincat, cu lungimea standard de 3m. Am ales tubultaura din catalogul AIR TRADE CENTER. Tronsoanele se prind cu ajutorul mansoanelor de conectare. Racordurile de la plenumurile anemostatele de refulare si de la gurile de aspiratie canalele de aer s-a facut cu tubulatura flexibila. Dimensionarea canalelor de aer s-a facut pe baza metodei vitezei descrescatoare, incepand cu cel mai dezavantajat consumator. Dimensionarea s-a facut pe baza aceleasi metode pentru fiecare tronson de aer.
