GHID METODOLOGIC PENTRU ACTIVITATEA DIDACTICĂ CU ELEVII

CARE NU AU AVUT/ NU AU ACCES LA TEHNOLOGIE

I. ARGUMENT

Orice persoană are dreptul la educaţie, precum şi la accesul la formare profesională şi formare

continuă. – Carta drepturior fundamentale a U.E., art. 14 (1).

Pornind de la acest drept fundamental al oricărei persoane la educaţie, în egală măsură din

sentimentul îndeplinirii menirii de a dărui, de a forma şi de a educa, ghidul se doreşte a fi o sursă -

resursă perfectibilă de materiale folosite în activitatea didactică on-line şi oferite spre pregătire

elevilor care nu au avut acces la acest tip de învățare. Instrumentele de lucru și resursele educaționale

cuprinse în prezentul ghid propun o abordare practică a noţiunilor lingvistice. Pe lângă exerciţiul de

recunoaştere şi aplicare a problemelor gramaticale şi de vocabular, ghidul oferă, în scopul

consolidării finale, şi o serie de exerciţii de înţelegere a textului scris/citit, valorificând şi latura

creativă a elevilor, prin propunrea unor exerciţii de imaginaţie, precum scrierea creativă, eseul

reflexiv sau eseul de opinie, răspunzând necesităţii de a avea opinii validate pe un subiect de interes

crescut în societate. Valenţele educative sunt valorificate respctându-se programa şcolară. Astfel,

ghidul oferă elevilor posibilitatea de verificare şi consolidare a noţiunilor, precum şi sprijin în

asimilarea corectă şi atingerea performanţelor lingvistice corespunzătoare nivelului cognitiv-afectiv

specific fiecărei vârste şi etape de dezvoltare la nivel grammatical şi lexical.

Prima parte cuprinde exerciţii, teste, fişe de lucru pentru limba engleză, organizate pe niveluri,

conform Cadrului European de Referinţă (A1, A2, B1, B2 şi C1). Acestea vin să ofere elevilor o

varietate de exerciţii practice de gramatică, vocabular, citire, scriere, dar şi modele de subiecte

pentru examene naţionale.

Secţiunea de limba franceză, structurată pe clase (începând de la clasa a V-a), organizată de la

simplu spre complex, oferă spre exerciţiu şi unele subiecte de la concursuri judeţene/intejudeţene

deja consacrate precum Jʼaime le Francais sau Francophones en Roumanie, dar şi exemple de

răspunsuri primite din partea elevilor în timpul activităţilor on-line, ce pot constitui modele de bună

practică pentu elevii fără acces la tehnologie. Secţiunea se încheie cu o grilă recapitulativă cuprizând

130 de itemi cu alegere multiplă utili pregătirii pentru obţinerea atestatului de limba franceză şi nu

numai.

Secţiunea de limba germană îmbină partea teoretică cu cea practică (adjectivul, timpurile şi

modurile verbale, diateza pasivă), exerciţiile de vocabular cu cele de gramatică, încheindu-se, de

asemenea, cu o grilă recapitulativă pentru consolidarea cunoştinţelor dobândite în cadrul lecţiilor

prezentate şi a cunoştinţelor dobândite anterior.

Un alt aspect avut în vedere la elaborarea ghidului metodologic îl constituie finalizarea anului

școlar 2019-2020 prin încheierea situației școlare pentru toți elevii.

Ghidul conține etapele care trebuie parcurse de către unitățile de învățământ și cadrele didactice

în vederea finalizării anului școlar.

Pentru eficientizarea aplicării prezentului ghid este necesară o bună cunoaştere a caracteristicilor

contextului educational şi curricular: conţinutul ştiinţific, vârsta elevilor, nivelul de achiziţii

anterioare al acestora, profilul lor de inteligenţă. Rolul primordial în realizarea obiectivelor şi în

crearea de punţi între aceste categorii de elevi îi aparţine profesorului.

II. IDENTIFICAREA GRUPULUI ȚINTĂ LA NIVELUL FIECĂREI UNITĂȚI DE

ÎNVĂȚĂMANT

Grupul țintă îl constituie elevii care nu au avut/nu au acces la tehnologie.

III. ANALIZA DE NEVOI

Identificarea mijloacelor de comunicare cu elevii (telefon, poștă, voluntari din cadrul

unităților de învățământ, ONG-urilor, autorităților locale, etc.).

Identificarea pentru fiecare disciplină/clasă a conținuturilor care nu au fost parcurse în

perioada 11 martie – 12 iunie 2020.

Identificarea pentru fiecare disciplină/clasă a instrumentelor de lucru și a resurselor

educaționale de care dispune unitatea de învățământ.

Identificarea elevilor cu CES integrați în învățământul de masă.

IV. ELABORAREA ȘI UTILIZAREA RESURSELOR EDUCAȚIONALE SPECIFICE

FIECĂREI DISCIPLINE

Se vor elabora fișe de documentare, fișe de lucru, fișe/teste de evaluare/autoevaluare, etc, care să

constituie modele pentru cadrele didactice.

Resursele educaționale se vor elabora din materia care trebuia parcursă în perioada 11 martie – 12

iunie 2020 pentru fiecare disciplină pe niveluri/cicluri de învățământ.

V. MODALITĂȚI DE COMUNICARE ȘI TRANSMITERE A MATERIALELOR

CĂTRE ELEVI

Cadrele didactice vor contacta telefonic elevii și părinții acestora.

Resursele educaționale pot fi puse la dispoziția elevilor prin poștă sau prin intermediul

voluntarilor din cadrul unităților de învățământ, ONG-urilor, autorităților locale, etc.).

Transmiterea resurselor educaționale se face periodic(cel puțin o dată pe săptămână).

VI. MODALITĂȚI DE ASIGURARE A FEEDBACK-ULUI DIN PARTEA ELEVILOR

Colectarea fișelor de lucru, fișelor/testelor de evaluare/autoevaluare se face la nivelul unității de

învățământ de către persoanele implicate în transmiterea acestora, iar școala asigură transmiterea

acestora către cadrele didactice spre evaluare și oferirea feedback-ului către elevi.

I have always dreamt of spending a holiday in New

York City, because I consider it the most colourful and

famous city of America. If you go there as a tourist you

can find many places to visit. You can visit it during the day. After you have walked along the streets

of Manhattan you can find a beautiful green oasis in the middle of New York's concrete desert -

Central Park - where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.

New Yorkers love Central Park, and they use it all the time. In the winter they go ice-skating, in the

New York is an international city, and its restaurants are international, too. You can eat food from

A Short History of the Bagel

The bagel is known around the world as a typically New York type of food. But it has a surprising

and unusual history that goes back many years.

The basic idea of a bread roll with a hole is centuries old. In Roman times, soldiers ate hard bread

called buccellatum, and in China there is similar-shaped traditional bread called girde. The ancient

Egyptians ate a bagel-like snack, too, and there are even more examples from around the

Mediterranean area.

But it was in Poland that today’s bagel really began. According to legend, it was the product of the

1683 Battle of Vienna. The Polish king, Jan Sobieski, had saved Austria from the Turkish invaders.

To celebrate, the Jewish bakers of Krakow made a roll in the shape of the king’s stirrup – the metal

objects you put your feet in when you ride a horse – and called it a ‘buegel’ (from the German word

for stirrup). There is, however, no evidence to show whether this was true or not, but the story still

remains today.

It is unclear when the first bagels made their way to the United States, but by 1900, 70 bakeries

which sold bagels existed on the Lower East Side district of New York. What is also certain is that

immigrants from Eastern Europe, with their cravings for the foods of the old country, sparked the

New York bagel craze.

It was the 1950s that were the real turning point. As Jewish people began to move to other parts of

New York, they started to share their traditional food with the rest of the city. Bagels were mentioned

in a popular cookbook of the time, and demand started to grow across America. To meet this

demand, a baker called Murray Lender began to use recent inventions like the freezer and plastic

packaging to distribute freshly-made bagels across America. Soon, Lender’s bagels were available in

almost every supermarket, and today they are part of a traditional American diet and available all

over the world.

But why has the bagel endured through all this time? Possibly because of its heroic legend, but

also because it has the advantage of lasting longer than freshly-baked bread. If it gets slightly stale, it

can be dunked in hot liquid to soften it. So it lasts long, can be eaten in many ways, and of course

tastes delicious.

Violence in movies

There has been a great deal of debate about the possible connection between violent behaviour in

young people and their exposure to violent films, video games, TV programming and music.

Though a direct link between the two has not been conclusively proven, there's a growing

consensus that exposure to violent entertainment is one of the variables to be considered, along with

others, including family stability, learning disabilities and personality—when examining the

behaviour of children and teens.

Kids are drawn to movies with scary themes, and watching horror films is a rite of passage for teens

and even younger kids. But being steadily exposed to violent images from an early age can have a

lasting effect on young children. Studies have shown that 26 per cent of adults still have "residual

anxiety" many years after viewing horror movies in childhood.

Because most homes today have VCRs, young people have easy access to movies with graphic and

gratuitous violence. Most parents don't properly understand the ratings systems for films; and even

when they do, kids can easily sneak into restricted films at the cinemas. (The design of most

multiplexes makes it easy for kids to see the film of their choice once they've paid at the box office

and many theatres don't bother to enforce ratings restrictions.)

The study also showed that Hollywood routinely recruits teenagers and children (some as young as

nine) to evaluate its story concepts, commercials, theatrical trailers and rough cuts— even for R-rated

movies. TV promos for films are run during hours when young viewers are most likely to be

watching; and R-rated films are advertised in youth magazines such as YM, Teen, and the Marvel

comics. The study revealed that movie studios often target children as young as four with toy tie-ins

for movies rated PG-13, and even R.

There's a reason why the movie industry produces so much violent fare: action films export well.

Unlike dramas and comedies, which need expensive translation of their dialogue, actionpacked

movies make the transition to foreign languages and markets easily and cheaply. Even at home, their

simplistic content means that violent films appeal to a broad range of ages. In North America and

abroad, violence is profitable.

To limit children's exposure to violent and frightening movies, parents should:

Remembrance Day takes place in Britain every year on the Sunday closest to November 11th.It is

held to remember all the heroes who died while fighting in World Wars I and II.

Prior to the actual event, many schools and organizations rehearse for the parades which will be

held on the day. Paper poppies are sold to the public, and they wear them in their lapels for a week or

so before the event. The poppy flower, due to its bright red color, symbolizes the blood shed by the

soldiers during the war.

On the actual day, war veterans join the parades, proudly displaying their medals, and they march or

are pushed in wheelchairs down the streets to the cheers of the crowds. In the evening there is always

a remembrance service, held at the Royal Albert Hall in London, which is televised live. Hymns are

sung, speeches are made, and at the end of the service, thousands of poppies are dropped from the

ceiling onto the audience below.

How to be a successful monarch

Longevity is a great personal achievement for a monarch, although it is not a marker of success on its

own. Queen Victoria’s 63 years and 216 days defined an age in British history; but in terms of

relative accomplishment and reputation -building, Henry V’s nine years and 163 days – during which

he won at Agincourt and conquered France – were pretty potent too. That being said, a long reign can

be a good way to earn a lasting reputation. Elizabeth I (44 years) and Edward III (50 years) were both

remarkably tenacious rulers, and although both eventually went rather stale, they were living legends

by their old age. George III (59 years) followed much the same path. His reign ended, like Edward

III’s, in the misery of personal decay and mental collapse, but before that came victories in the Seven

Years’ War and the Napoleonic Wars, and survival during the sorely testing American War of

Independence.

Behind – or beside – almost every successful monarch is a trusted consort. Elizabeth II has Prince

Philip. Victoria had Albert. William III (and II) and Mary II had one another. Henry VIII began his

reign with one fine queen, Catherine of Aragon, and ended it with another, Katherine Parr – although

he had to go through four other, rather less satisfactory, versions in between.

One of the most intriguing partnerships in the history of the British monarchy was the marriage

between Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine in 1152. This ultimately brought Eleanor’s huge southern

French duchy into union with the English crown and the links between England and Gascony would

endure for 300 years. And since Eleanor had previously been married to Louis VII of France, her

remarriage to Henry signalled a huge shift in continental power away from the Capetian dynasty

toward the new Plantagenet crown. Henry and Eleanor fell out dramatically in 1173–74 when the

queen encouraged her sons in a massive rebellion and was imprisoned for more than a decade.

However, she endured and emerged in old age to hold together the reigns of Richard the Lionheart

and, until her death in 1204, her youngest son, King John.

Mary, Queen of Scots never had the greatest judgment, and her decision to marry her cousin Henry

Stuart, Lord Darnley, in 1565 was among her worst. Darnley turned out to be a drunken, diseased

murderer, who was eventually strangled before his house was blown up with gunpowder in 1567.

The most basic fact of British monarchy is that it is hereditary. Its future depends on maintaining a

large royal family who can ensure that the bloodline survives, no matter what. Notable successes in

this field include Henry II – whose children numbered three kings of England, and queens of Castile

and Sicily. Edward III’s many children restocked the Plantagenet dynasty during a lean time at the

end of the 14th century.

Even Henry VIII, whose troubles with producing an heir had such a profound effect on English

history, managed to father three more Tudor monarchs, carrying the dynasty to the end of the 16th

century. Perhaps the greatest success of all, however, was George III, who produced 15 children with

his queen, Charlotte of Mecklenburg -Strelitz. Two of his sons (George IV and William IV) ruled

after him, and although neither produced a direct heir, Queen Victoria (George III’s granddaughter

through his fourth son, Edward, Duke of Kent) still inherited the crown in 1837.

It’s all very well spreading the royal seed, but it needs to remain in the family. Henry I fathered more

than 20 children, but only two were legitimate: William the Ætheling, who died in a shipwreck, and

the Empress Matilda. When Henry died in 1135 his decision to name Matilda as his heir led to the

Monarchy is stamped into the landscape as much as it is written in the history books, and even

otherwise useless rulers have obtained some redemption through their building works. To the

otherwise inadequate Plantagenet rulers Henry III and Henry VI, for example, we owe Westminster

Abbey, Eton and King’s College, Cambridge.

In the Middle Ages, kings built castles, and in that sense, all were following the lead of their

ancestor William the Conqueror, whose campaigns in England in the 11th century were secured by

building and garrisoning fortresses. During the Stuart restoration, the classical baroque style

flourished, under masters like Christopher Wren (whose masterpiece was the new St Paul’s

Cathedral) and Nicholas Hawksmoor (who developed Wren’s work in Greenwich). The last great

phase of royal building came under Queen Victoria – or, rather, Prince Albert. Balmoral was created

as a royal holiday residence in Scotland, while in London the museums and cultural spaces around

South Kensington were begun under Albert’s influence (and, later, in his memory).

Royal building is an exercise in controlling your own legacy. Elizabeth I refused to follow royal

custom by designing her own tomb. Thus she rests in Westminster Abbey beneath a squat, ugly

effigy ordered by James VI and I, which compares noticeably badly to the tomb of James’s mother,

A - Kauai

Being the oldest (and smallest) of the four major islands, Kauai has a lot to offer for visiting tourists.

Dubbed the "Garden Isle", it really does live up to its name. Mount Waialeale at the center of the

island receives over 452 inches of precipitation a year, making it one of the rainiest spots on this

planet. The scenic area of Na Pali Coast on the island's north west coast is one of the most

breathtaking naturally made coast lines in the world. It offers some of the most beautiful beaches.

The Pali (cliffs) rise as high as 4,000 feet above the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The coast can be

enjoyed by hiking, boating (kayaks), and by air (either helicopter or small airplane). A definite must

see! And dubbed "The Grand Canyon of the Pacific," Waimea Canyon is 10 miles long and 3,600

feet deep. The canyon has a unique geologic history; it was formed not only by the steady process of

erosion, but also by a catastrophic collapse of the volcano that created Kauai. If you've been to the

Grand Canyon this is extremely beautiful and definitely comparable!

B - Oahu

Oahu, known as "the gathering place", is home to 75% of the state population. This island offers a lot

for tourists: from Pearl Harbor, to north shore, to the various attractions of Honolulu. I've carefully

chosen top 10 attractions that are unique to Oahu and are definitely worth the visit. most important

piece of Oahu lies within the capital. This harbor is a definite must see for the U.S.S. Arizona

Memorial/WWII Valor in the Pacific National Monument. Having been bombed by the Japanese on

December 7, 1941, one must pay tribute to those who have fallen during this disastrous day. Pearl

Harbour also offers the U.S.S. Missouri Memorial and the National Cemetery of the Pacific, where

25,000 soldiers who bravely fought in the war are at last at peace. This is definitely time well spent!

Being the capital of the state, the beautiful city of Honolulu has much to offer. From its state

buildings, ʻIolani Palace (seat of the Hawaiian Monarchy), Diamond Head, and Waikiki beach, this

capital has all the big amenities including the outstanding tourist attractions.

C - Maui

Being the 2nd largest of the Hawaiian Islands, Maui truly sets itself apart from the other islands.

Native Hawaiian tradition gives the origin of the island's name in the legend of Hawaiiloa, the

Polynesian navigator credited with discovery of the Hawaiian Islands. According to that legend,

Hawaiiloa named the island of Maui after his son, who in turn was named for the demigod Maui. The

island of Maui is also known as "Valley Isle". This beautiful island is home to multiple attractions

and below are the top 10 which I believe set it apart from other islands. The Ocean Project is marine

education for kids and families (and kids at heart) who want to learn about the marine environment.

Its backbone is three part education, field research and interpretation. The Hana Highway is a 68-mile

long stretch of Hawaii State Routes 36 and 360 which connects Kahului with the town of Hana in

east Maui. Although Hana is only about 52 miles from Kahului, it takes about 2.5 hours to drive

when no stops are made as the highway is very winding and narrow and passes over 59 bridges, 46 of

which are only one lane wide. There are approximately 620 curves along Route 360 from just east of

Kahului to Hana, virtually all of it through lush, tropical rainforest.

D - Hawaii

Having been born from 5 major volcanoes, this unusually large island is bigger than all the islands,

islets, and atolls of the Hawaiian island chain combined. Named after the legendary Polynesian

navigator Hawaiiloa, this island is by far so unique that it's definitely out of this world! At 13,796

feet, the Mauna Kea Summit peak offers an incredible view of lava, desert, the valley and Mauna

Loa. Free guided summit tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00-5:00 PM, and the

Onizuka Center offers free nightly stargazing from its telescope array as soon as the sun sets.

Incredibly, this volcano is actually the highest peak on this planet measured from sea floor to its

peak. Mauna Kea stands at more than 10,200 m (33,500 ft), significantly taller than the elevation of

Mount Everest above sea level. The drive isn't long at all and the view is amazing when no clouds are

present. Situated on the peak of Mauna Loa sits an incredible scientific experiment. The Mauna Loa

observatory was specifically chosen to be on this peak since Hawaii is in the middle of the Pacific.

Having no outside interference from the continents, this observatory is home to many research

projects. Sunrises, sunsets, and especially the star gazing is a must at this location.

chaleureuse et les gens apprécient aussi la proximité de la nature et la variété d’activités

sportives.

Mais vivre entre Paris et la province a un prix. L’abonnement mensuel pour le train coûte de 115

à 230 euros et il y a un autre inconvénient : il y a moins de TGV que de métros et les trajets sont

très longs. Alors, on sort moins et on voit moins ses amis...

Tippen Sie die richtige Adjektivendung in jede Lücke!

In einem groß Haus lebten eine grau Katze und eine

braun Maus. Die Katze hat ihr bequem Bett (n.) im

dunkl Keller, die klein Maus wohnt hinter der weiß

Küchenwand. Wenn die Maus groß Hunger (m.) hat,

kommt sie durch ein klein Loch (n.) in die Küche. Dort

findet sie immer gut Sachen zu essen: Käse, Brot oder

Fleisch. Die Katze will aber nicht, dass die Maus solche gut

Mahlzeiten bekommt. Seit viel Wochen versucht die

Katze, die klein Maus zu fressen, aber sie kann sie nie

fangen, denn die Maus ist eine schnell Läuferin. Sie läuft

von einer lang Wand zur ander Wand, und entkommt

dann durch das klein Loch. Dann lacht sie über die Katze

und sagt: "Du bist eine dumm Katze! Weißt du nicht, dass

du mich nicht fangen kannst? Du bist zu langsam, und das

klein Loch in der lang Wand ist zu klein für dich!"

Die Katze ist natürlich sehr böse auf die klein Maus, und

macht einen gut Plan, um die Maus zu fangen. Zuerst

findet sie ein groß Stück (n.) Käse und legt es auf den hart

Boden vor dem Mausloch. Die Maus riecht den

wunderbar Käse und will herauskommen, aber sie hat

Angst, dass die Katze da wartet. Auf einmal hört die Maus

einen laut Hund in der Küche, der bellt und brüllt. "Aha!",

denkt sich die klug Maus, "wenn ein groß Hund in

der warm Küche ist, dann ist die dumm Katze

bestimmt nicht da." Als die Maus aber aus ihrem klein

Loch kommt, fängt sie die Katze. Die erstaunt Maus

schreit: "Wo ist der groß Hund? Warum bist du hier, wenn

ein groß Hund auch hier ist?" "Welcher groß Hund?"

antwortet die schlau Katze. "Du dumm klein

Maus, weißt du nicht, dass ich nicht nur miauen kann, sondern

dass ich auch bellen kann wie ein groß Hund? Jede klug

Katze spricht eine fremd Sprache!"

Der einsam alt Mann sitzt auf dem hart Boden in dem klein Park. Kein

Mensch sieht den einsam Mann. Ein alt Mann wie er wird oft übersehen. Die nett

jung Frau ist anders: sie sieht ihn. Sie fragt einen ander Nachbarn: "Wer ist

dieser alt Mann? Welche ander Nachbarn kennen ihn? Sehen Sie diesen einsam

Mann dort?" Sie stellt diese einfach Fragen jeden Tag, aber die blöd Nachbarn

wissen nicht, wer der alt Mann ist. Sie will diesem einsam Mann helfen. Der alt

Mann hat eine klein ruhig Wohnung, die gleich neben der groß Wohnung von

der nett Frau steht. Sie klopft an seine schwer Wohnungstür. Der alt Mann

öffnet seine groß Tür und ist überrascht. Er lädt sie zu seinem schön Wohnzimmer

ein und sie sprechen miteinander. Der alt Mann sagt: "Viele intelligent Leute
