ISTORIA VITICULTURII IN BELTIUG

Viticultura din zona Beltiugului se bucura de un trecut multisecular, asa cum o atesta izvoarele scrise, exista insa perioade nedocumentate, istoria incepand conform unei legende pierdute in negura timpului in anul 1085. Pornind pe firul celor povestite de cei din vechime, in timpul unei batalii crancene a regelui Ladislau I al Ungariei cu pecenegii, acesta si-a tras sufletul la marginea asezarii de acum, unde soldatii i-au adus dovleac umplut cu vin regelui ostenit, care i-a intrebat in gluma ce fel de dovleac e, si de aici isi are originea numele Beltiug (în limba maghiara Béltek - „bél” = interior, continut, „tek” - varianta a lui „tök” = dovleac).

Compozitia actuala a soiurilor este foarte diversificata, intrucat aici intalnim soiurile Riesling, Traminer, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, precum si Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir si Syrah.

Oricine strabate drumul Satu Mare - Zalau nu poate ignora lumea fermecatoare a dealurilor din Beltiug, vocea ademenitoare a pivnitelor micute, precum si randurile de vie aranjate soldateste. Conform noii clasificari Beltiug apartine acum de zona Dealurilor Satmarului, si noi credem cu sinceritate in renasterea gloriei de mai demult.

DIE GESCHICHTE DES BILDEGGER WEINBAUS

Die Geschichte des Dorfes Bildegg beginnt im Jahre 1085. Einer Sage zufolge, die bis heute weitererzählt wurde, ruhte sich König Ladislaus der Heilige während einer schweren Schlacht gegen die Petschenegen am Rande der heutigen Ortschaft aus. Dort brachten ihm seine Soldaten einen mit Wein gefüllten Kürbis. Der König fragte was das in dem Kürbis sei und so entstand der Name Bildegg (ungarisch Béltek - “bél” = das Innere, der Inhalt, “tek” - Variante von “tök” = Kürbis).

Rasch haben die emsigen Schwaben nach der Seuche, ihre Weinberge durch selbstgepfropfte Neupflanzen wieder erneuert. So wurden bis vor dem 2. Weltkrieg die Weinhügel vollständig bepflanzt. Mit der Enteignung des Grundbesitzes in der kommunistischen Zeit, ist der größte Teil des Weinbaus zum Opfer gefallen.

Die derzeitige Sortenzusammensetzung ist sehr mannigfaltig, da man hier den Riesling, den Traminer, den Chardonnay, den Sauvignon, den Pinot gris, sowie den Cabernet sauvignon, den Merlot, den Blaufränkisch, den Pinot noir und den Syrah finden kann.

Wer von Sathmar in Richtung Zillenmarkt reist, kann die zauberhafte Welt der Bildegger Hügel, die verlockende Stimme der kleinen Keller, sowie die soldatische Anordnung der Rebenreihen nicht außer Acht lassen. Derzeit, anhand von der neueren Einordnung, gehört Bildegg dem Gebiet der Sathmarer Hügel an, und wir glauben wirklich daran, dass Bildegg zu seinem alten Ruhm zurückfinden wird.

THE HISTORY OF VITICULTURE IN BELTIUG

The viticulture in Beltiug looks back on a multi-secular past, according to written evidence, though there are undocumented periods, and, according to a legend lost in the mists of time, the story starts in 1085. Pursuant to the stories told by the ancients, King Ladislaus the Saint, during a harsh battle that waged against the Pechenegs, rested at the border of the pre-sent-day settlement, where his soldiers brought him a wine-filled pumpkin. He wittily asked the soldiers what kind of pump-kin it was, and hence the name of Beltiug (in Hungarian Béltek - „bél” = interior, content, „tek” - variant of „tök” = pumpkin).

The current variety composition is very diverse, as we can find here Riesling, Traminer, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot gris, as well as Cabernet sauvignon , Merlot, Blaufränkisch , Pinot noir and Syrah varieties.

Whoever travels down the road between Satu Mare and Zalau cannot ignore the enchanting world of the hills in Beltiug, the alluring voice of the small wine cellars, and the vineyards aligned in a soldierly manner. At present, on the basis of the new classification, Beltiug belongs to the Satu Mare Hills region and we genuinely believe that its old glory will be revived.

Gustul este dominat de notele citrice, la prima sorbire se simte putin dioxid de carbon, fapt ce se potriveste foarte bine acestui vin, dar se pot recunoaste si notele de mar verde. Este cat se poate de potrivit pentru aperitiv sau salata.

Glänzende hellgelbe Farbe mit Citrus und Duft von weißen Wiesenblumen. Der frische Wein ist ein idealer Begleiter für Salate und Aperitive.

Riesling de Rhin (alb demisec / white semi-dry / weiß halbtrocken)

Un vin a carui aroma persista mult timp si care umple cavitatea bucala. Se numara printre putinele vinuri ce sunt deosebit de adecvate pentru aperitiv, dar care face fata cu succes si in compania sarmalelor sau a fripturilor reci.

Ein Wein, dessen Aroma lange fortbesteht und die Mundhöhle ausfüllt. Ein Wein, der sich hervorra-gend als Aperitif eignet, er ist aber auch den Krautwickeln oder den kalten Braten.

Chardonnay (alb sec / white dry / weiß trocken)

Un coctail subtil de nuante de citrice, piersici, caise si mar proaspat cules, asortate unui corp rotunjit de restul de zahar. Finalul este intrucatva neasteptat pentru un vin demisec: proaspat (chiar racoritor) si onctuos in acelasi timp, imbinand subtil aromele de coaja de paine si unt cu tuse de mineralitate.

Der Abgang ist etwas ungewöhlich für einen halbtrockenen Wein: frisch und etwas gleichzeitig voll-munding verbindet er die subtilen Aromen Brotkruste und Butter.

Un roz sclipitor, placut, cu o aroma delicioasa de fructe. Note de fructe se regasesc si in gust, amplifi-cate minunat de urme de dioxid de carbon.

Glänzende rosé Farbe, mit einem feinen Duft nach Obst. Auch im Geschmack ist viel Obst vorhanden. Der dynamische Säuregehalt macht den Wein frisch, gut trinkbar. Ist ein guter Begleiter für Geflügel, Fische und Meeresfrüchte.

Trio rosu (rosu sec / red dry / rot trocken)

Un rubiniu de o intensitate medie, cu o aroma bogata de fructe rosii si usor condimentata. Buchetul vinului strecoara amagitor, senzual, note de condimente. Se potriveste bine cu vânatul înaripat precum si cu ciupercile pe grill, dar se îmbina armonios si cu tocanitele.

Mittlere intensives Rubinrot, mit einer reichen roten Beeren und leicht würzigen Geschmack. Bouquet des Weines führt einige würzige Noten. Passt gut zu Eintöpfen.

ISTORIA PODGORIEI DRAGASANI

Podgoria Dragasani in Oltenia se afla – datorita conditiilor geologice si climatice favorabile – intre cele mai traditionale si importante centre vini-viticole ale tarii.

Dealurile podgoriei, asemanatoare regiunii Toscana, cu expozitia pantelor in toate directiile, sunt compuse din soluri argilo-lutuoase si brun roscat de padure – asa zise soluri reci – pe straturi de nisip, care apar uneori si la suprafata. Asadar regiu-nea se preteaza fie pentru soiuri albe – preferabil pe pante cu expozitia nordica sau estica – fie pentru soiuri rosi precum si albe aromatizate – de preferat pe expozitii sudici si vestici.

Climatul este temperat continental, temperaturile scazand in iarna pana la - 20°C, si ridicandu-se in vara peste 40°C. Precipitatiile se concentreaza – la o medie de 500 l/m² pe an – in primavara si toamna.

DAS WEINANBAUGEBIET DRAGASANI

Das Weinanbaugebiet Dragasani im südlichen Rumänien zählt zu den bedeutendsten Weinanbaugebieten des Landes, der durch seinen sehr vorteilhaften geologischen und klimatischen Bedingungen.

Die hügelige Landschaft erinnert an Toskana besteht aus Löss Gelände der unterschiedlichen Strukturen, in der Regel von rotbraunen Lehm und Ton Schichten unterschiedlicher Dicke im oberen Bereich, unterlegt von Sand, der an manchen Stellen an die Oberfläche tritt. THE HISTORY OF DRAGASANI’S WINE REGION

The wine growing region of Dragasani in southern Romania numbers among the most important wine growing areas in the country, due to its extremely advantageous geological and climatic conditions.

The hilly countryside reminiscent of Tuscany consists of loess terrain of distinct structures, usually of red-brown loam and clay layers of varying thickness in the upper section, underlain by sand, which in some places emerges on the surface. This makes the region attractive both for white wines, which are favoured in the cooler northern and eastern facing vine-yards, and for red wines and aromatic white wines in the other vineyards.

The climate is mild/continental, marked by cold winters (temperatures as low as minus 20° C) and extremely hot summers (temperatures over 40° C), concentrated precipitation in early summer and late autumn, with an average of 550 mm annu-ally.

ISTORIA PODGORIEI CEPTURA - DEALUL MARE

Situata pe aceeasi paralela ca si Bordeaux, Ceptura parte integranta a zonei Dealul Mare a fost considerata intotdeauna ca si cea mai importanta zona vini-viticola din România atat pentru vinurile rosii, cat si pentru vinurile albe, în special soiurile semiaromate si aromate.

Ceptura are avantajul expunerii totale catre sud, pe pante molcome fapt ce asigura o insolatie maxima de-a lungul perioadei de vegetatie si un plus de temperatura. Iernile sunt scurte, vara este lunga ceea ce duce la o coacere normala a strugurilor potentialul alcoolic fiind foarte crescut nerezultand vinuri rosii sub 12,5% alcool.

Casa DAVINO detine aproximativ 60 ha in zona Ceptura, din care produce editii limitate de vinuri albe si rosii. S-au situat intotdeauna in zona super-premium, iar de cativa ani sunt dedicati in totalitate cupajelor atat la rosii cat si la albe. In cupajele casei DAVINO intra atat soiuri autohtone cat si soiuri internationale, vinurile albe sunt proaspete iar cele rosii minim doi ani invechire in crama si minimum un an la sticla inainte de a ajunge in paharele cunoscatorilor.

DIE GESCHICHTE DER CEPTURA WEINREGION

Gelegen auf dem gleichen parallel wie Bordeaux, ist Ceptura Teil des Big Hill Gebiet, wurde immer als die wichtigste Wein-region von Rumänien sowohl für Rot-und Weißweine, vor allem die aromatischen und aromatisierte Sorten berücksichtigt.

Ceptura hat den Vorteil der Gesamtexposition in den Süden, hat es Pisten, die ein Maximum an Licht bieten während der Vegetationsperiode. Die Weine wurden immer in der Super-Premium-Kategorie eingestuft und das Unternehmen legt größten Wert auf rote und weiße Cuvées. Davino nutzt in den Weinen produziert es sowohl einheimische als auch internationale Rebsorten, Weiß-weine sind frisch und die Rotweine bleiben mindestens zwei Jahre im Keller und mindestens ein Jahr in der Flasche vor dem Erreichen der Kunden.

THE HISTORY OF CEPTURA’S WINE REGION

Situated on the same parallel as Bordeaux, Ceptura is part of the Big Hill area which was always considered as the most important wine region of Romania for both red and white wines, especially aromatic and flavored varieties.

Ceptura has the advantage of total exposure to the south, it has mellow slopes which provide maximum light during the vegetation period. Winters are short, summers are long leading to a very good ripening of the grapes which results in wines with a very high alcoholic potential. The red wines coming from this region are never below 12.5% alcohol.

House DAVINO owns about 60 hectares in Ceptura area, from which it produces limited editions of white and red wines. The wines were always placed in the super-premium category and latelly the company is totally committed to blends both red and white. DAVINO uses in the wines it produces both indigenous and international varieties, white wines are fresh and the reds stay at least two years in the cellar and at least one year in bottle before reaching the customer.

Domaine Ceptura Rose (rose sec / rose dry / rose trocken)

Miros fructuos, cu nuante de fructe de padure bine coapte, predominant fragi, persistent, intens. Gust expresiv, proaspat, bine echilibrat, bine structurat, amplu, rotund, persistent.

Fruchtiger Duft, mit Noten von reifen Beeren, vor allem Erdbeeren, anhaltend und intensiv. Expressive, frisch, gut ausgewogen, gut strukturiert, groß, rund, anhaltend.

Smell fruity, with hints of ripe berries, mainly strawberry, persistent and intense. Taste expressive, fresh, well balanced, well structured, large, round, persistent.

Purpura Valahica (rosu sec / red dry / rot trocken)

Un vin de culoare rosie visinie cu o aroma deosebite de fructe de padure .Tehnologia de vinificatie este orientata spre obtinerea unui vin cu un caracter de soi bine exprimat..Un vin expresiv echilibrat amplu rotund si persistent.

Eine kirschrote Wein mit einem besonderen Geschmack von Beeren. Um so zu einem Wein mit großem, gut ausgedrückt Charakter führen vinifiziert. Der Wein ist groß, rund, ausgewogen und lang anhaltend.

A cherry red wine with a special flavor of berries. Vinified so as to lead to a wine with great, well expressed character. The wine is large, round, well balanced and persistent.

Un vin care a atins plenitudinea, dar care mai are înca multi ani de trait. Tusele aromatice trimit catre mirosul de cutie de lemn, cel al piperului proaspat zdrobit, al caiselor confiate si al murelor.

Ein Wein, der Fülle erreicht hat, sondern hat noch viele Jahre zu leben. Hat aromatische Noten von Holz und frisch gemahlenen Pfeffer, getrockneten Aprikosen und Brombeeren.

Die Mischung aus klassischem Weiß Davino, zieht durch Frische, Eleganz und sportliche Struktur. Der hohe Säuregehalt dient als Rückgrat.
