PomPe electronice
modelul AXW smart nva programul de consum i pune la dispoziie ap cald n prealabil. astfel, nu este necesar setarea orei sau a temperaturii. utilizarea acestui sistem poate duce la economie de energie de pn la 98% (excluznd economie de energie termic).
4pompele monobloc centrifugale standard din seria BNC sunt pompe cu funcionare ntr-o singur treapt. aspiraia este orizontal, iar refularea este vertical n sus (vedei imaginea produsului). pompa se poate instala n poziie orizontal sau vertical. pompa i motorul sunt unite rigid pentru a obine o pomp compact. pompele sunt realizate special pentru punctul de funcionare dorit, prin aceasta
obinandu-se eficiena optim pentru fiecare aplicaie n parte. se utilizeaz n special n aplicaii de climatizare sau de rcire, n funcie de condiiile de exploatare, se va utiliza un design pentru ap rece cu strat special de protecie mpotriva condensului i/sau un inel special de etanare, pentru pri de glicol >25%.

pompele centrifugale standard de construcie robust din seria BNK funcioneaz n una sau dou trepte. aspiraia este orizontal, iar refularea este vertical n sus (vedei imaginea produsului). pompa i motorul sunt legate printr-un cuplaj flexibil i montate mpreun pe o plac soclu din oel. pompele sunt realizate special pentru punctul de

6Instalare uscat
la cerere este disponibil amplasarea pe uscat pentru construcia orizontal sau vertical cu rcirea cu fluid sau circuit de rcire extern.
Amplasarea umed cu inel de susinere a bazei (Bf 12)
aceast variant de amplasare este adecvat n primul rnd pentru instalarea temporar (de ex. construcie provizorie). costul de montaj este redus, dar trebuie luate n calcul posibile omisiuni n cazul lucrrilor de service.
Amplasarea umed cu sistem automat de cuplare (Bf 11)
pompa este cobort pe un lan din oel, pe evile de glisare n pu i este racordat automat la piciorul de cuplare instalat fix. n caz de service, pompa este ridicat fr a trebui s se coboare n pu.
posibiliti de montaJ:
staiile de ridicare BIRAL: FHAG i FHA TOP sunt proiectate pentru colectarea i pomparea: apelor uzate menajere cu sau fr fecaloide. aceste staii sunt ideale pentru colectarea i pomparea apelor uzate sub nivelul canalului colector din cldiri unifamiliale sau multifamiliale, din blocuri de apartamente, coli, restaurante, hoteluri, etc.staiile de ridicare sunt furnizate cu una (FHAG) sau dou pompe (FHA TOP) i un dispozitiv electronic de comand.

pompe pentru ap rezidual i Fecale
FMX: pomp robust cu toctor pentru transportul apelor reziduale ce conin fecale. o roat cu mai multe canale, cu sistem de tocare pe aspiraie mrunete fiabil toate substanele solide care pot fi tiate. eliminarea apei reziduale cu un diametru mic al conductei cu nlimi de pompare mari la un debit relativ mic, drenarea sub presiune n zone dificile din punct de vedere topografic reprezint domenii de utilizare tipice. acest sistem nu este adecvat pentru fluide ce conin substane ce nu pot fi reduse ca dimensiune (ex. nisip, namol).
FWX: pomp robust din font cu rotor ce nu se nfund (vortex) pentru transportul fluidelor problematice, acest sistem hidraulic fiind ideal pentru pomparea fluidelor cu substane cu fibre lungi. pompele FWX se remarc printr-o zon de curgere mare, un risc sczut de nfundare, un randament constant la transport i cheltuieli reduse cu ntreinerea.
FEX: pomp robust din font cu rotor cu un canal. roata cu canal nchis, semi-axial atinge un randament mare prin aceast form constructiv. astfel, este ideal pentru debite mari, fluide cu coninut de substane solide, ap de ploaie, de rcire sau menajer, precum i pentru aplicaii cu durat de funcionare mare.

pompele centrifugale orizontale multietajate, compacte din seria BM se utilizeaz pentru transportul i distribuia apei n sistemele de alimentare casnice, pentru funcionare permanent sau intermitent, n grupuri de pompare, la tratarea apei, irigaii sau fntni. seria BM ofer urmtoarele avantaje: presiune hidraulic de ieire i debit excelente consum redus de energie Funcionare extrem de silenioas

Lista de fluide va spune ce fluide pot fi transportate. nalta eficien i durata lung de via asigura o economie de energie i cost redus de ntreinere pentru muli ani. garniturile glisante din design-ul rotorului garanteaz costuri reduse de ntreinere.

pompe submersibile SUB X (de la 4 pn la 12 oli) se utilizeaza n foraje, fntni sau recipiente deschise pentru transportul apei. gama de produse este proiectat n aa fel nct pentru fiecare utilizare s poat fi gsit o pomp ideal. nalta eficien i durata lung de via asigur o economie de energie i cost redus de ntreinere pentru muli ani. nu trebuie efectuate lucrri de ntreinere, deoarece motorul submersibil este prevzut cu rulmeni care practic nu se uzeaz.
grupurile de pompare i staiile de ridicare a presiunii funcioneaz automat, meninnd presiunea din sistem constant (n cazul grupurilor echipate cu traductor de presiune i convertizor de frecven) sau ntr-un interval reglat (n cazul grupurilor echipate cu presostate pentru fiecare electropomp).
pentru asigurarea debitului necesar, electropompele intra n funciune i se opresc succesiv, astfel se realizeaz i o economie de energie electric, funcionnd numai attea electropompe cte sunt necesare pentru asigurarea debitului. n cazul grupurilor echipate i comandate cu ajutorul unui traductor de presiune i convertizor de frecven, se poate obine o cretere sau o scdere liniar a debitului necesar. la grupurile de pompare echipate i comandate cu presostate se obine o cretere sau o scdere n trepte a debitului necesar, numrul de trepte de debit fiind egal cu numrul pompelor din componena grupului.
